Nice size room, with a window. Bathroom setup a bit weird, the shower/ toilet area is not enclosed. However the bed was very comfortable and it was fairly quiet on floor. Elevators are a bit slow. Location is fantastic and adjoining restaurant has a nice bkfst offering. Many thanks to the staff, especially Davide who couldn't have been more helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Could use a refresh on paint & decor.

The staff were truly agreeable and halpful. Although the room was small, it felt very commodious and the details, such as shelves for toiletries in the bathroom, were noted and appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or to recommend to friends and family .

Information about parking . It would have been nice to have the options on the website as it was stressful to arrive and we parked a little far away. One of our party has mobility issues.

Great location right in the lively center of Ourense. The staff was really nice and let us borrow an iron.

The breakfast was quite small (you can only pick one hot drink, one juice and one pastry/sandwich) - since we stayed for two nights, we would have liked a bit of a variety - especially we were missing a fruit/yoghurt option perhaps… Our room also didn’t have any soap near the sink - there was only the shower gel in the shower. After asking the staff we were given travel shower gels to wash our hands with…

Great staff here and it's in a convenient area to many good services, restaurants etc. I've stayed here a number of times over the years. Good for Camino stays vs alberque -- good value and basically right on the camino. Comfy beds, quiet, and cafe at street level.

Location and parking garage right at the entrance to the hotel. The price was great for us in that area. The front desk personnel were fluent in English and very helpful and nice. They cared about the guests.

I was told that they did not have air conditioning but did have fans. The same is true of our house in northern Spain, so I wasn’t so concerned. But it was a very hot day and we were tired. With windows open it was noisy. At midnight the city had a long series of fireworks. That won’t happen often, but it made sleeping difficult.

It was small and compact and was not what we’d normally stay at but it was comfortable and had a good feel. There was a cafe next door which was part of the hotel and good for breakfast. It was close to the things we wanted to see and a short walk from the train.

I stayed here about 8 years ago when renovations looked fairly new. I noticed some wear and tear this time that reflects some negligence in maintenance, such as some warped laminate flooring dusty doors , baseboards and heaters.

The location with close parking was good but I was hoping to be closer to the old part of town. Plenty of cafes and bars in the area. Breakfast was ok at the cafe that is part of the hotel.

The hotel is near a busy road junction with plenty of traffic and this road noise was noticeable from my room at the front of the hotel.

Location is great, having a cafe onsite -- and it's a pretty good one -- is nice. I've stayed here many times over the last 7 years, typically before and/or after a Camino, and I really like it. It's basic but clean and great staff at front desk. Beds are better than average. Ourense is a fine city and Galicians are great people. You can't go wrong for a night or two while catching a hot spring and enjoying the many sites along the river.

Well -- and it's happened before -- I had the room that's got the shower at the foot of the bed. It's cool if you're alone but a bit awkward otherwise...lol

The room was small but adequate for one night. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect as closereakfast to the old town and effectively on the Camino. Breakfast was satisfactory and reasonable value.
