While accomodation is superb, extras tend to be overpriced, and food as well which is above average.

Location - Nearby Cybercity in the heart of Gurugram. Property - Brilliant (little confusing at first, but You'll get used to it) Room - I got upgraded to a pool view room, it had all the amenities needed and beyond. Staff - That's where Oberoi stands out, staff was so polite and helpful. Specially Sachin who helped me in the check-in process. Breakfast - U can order customized dishes as per your liking, Eggs benedict was the show stealer.

Washroom TV only has limited channels. There was a wedding going on which took up the whole property.

Lovely welcome at the door and the room... absolutely stunning!! Everything is top of the range, from the toiletries to the most perfect pillows. My husband was celebrating his retirement, and the manager organised a delicious cake and welcome in rose petals. We had been travelling around India for over a week, and this hotel was a welcome spot to relax and recharge before our next journey.

A minor thing - room service could not deliver gin (of ANY brand) miniatures to the room when we requested them (despite them being on the menu) and we had to settle for just the tonic....This was a minor quibble and subsequently about 4 different members of staff apologised. Besides, when you sank into the fabulous pillows, it no longer mattered......

We had a wonderful stay at The Oberoi! The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They truly made our experience memorable. The atmosphere of the hotel was also fantastic, with a perfect blend of elegance and warmth that made it feel like a home away from home. I had checked out and paid my invoice early evening as we had flight early morning and wanted to get some sleep.I was disturbed as there appeared to be an admin error in relation to my bill - it then took me some time to get back to sleep.The payment process had been slow and had pointed out that my charge had only been for one night. The hotel did provide a complimentary drop off to the airport without any request and I appreciated that.

The check-in experience with a person welcoming us to the room and checking us in from the comfort of the room instead of standing at the reception is very warm and gentle. The staff is outstanding in hospitality! The breakfast is exceptional. You should book a night only for the breakfast if nothing else ! The pool is good, and connectivity to the airport is very easy. For anyone travelling to Delhi this a perfect place to land.

The service was excellent and staff went out of their way to go above and beyond. We particularly liked Mr Shahim and Rohit - Mr Shahim was the tailor and at short notice did excellent alterations for us. It was deeply appreciated. We also lived Ziya restaurant.

Nothing specifically. My diet is a little restrictive and to begin with I found options limited. However, the restaurant manager and staff again went out of their way to accommodate my needs.

We were fortunate enough to attend a family wedding in Gurgaon and stayed at the Oberoi - Gurgaon from January 31 to February 7. We reserved three rooms (one for me and my daughter, (adjoining) one for my 91yo father, and one for my sister and her boyfriend. Throughout our stay the staff and the concern/kindness they showed towards our entire party was exemplary. At every turn someone was always there to greet and assist us. Kamal in housekeeping made sure our rooms were always neat and fully stocked. The daily breakfast had so many wonderful choice ! My compliments to all the chefs. Special shoutouts go to Raman, Rita, and Muldeep. They all took so much pride in their work. The security staff, bellhops, and doormen were always welcoming and helpful after many full days and nights of activities. I was lucky enough to spend a little time in the gym, with first rate equipment and with a very attentive staff. My daughter unfortunately developed a cold the latter half of the stay. We repeatedly imposed upon Room Service for a cup of hot chocolate in the middle of the night at 2-3:00 am and they would quickly show up with a nice hot cup with biscuits and a smile. Towards the end of our trip we started to run out of clean clothes and Paridhi and her team in laundry returned our perfectly cleaned and pressed clothes as new. Needless to say, I can not say enough good things about the Oberoi - Gurgaon. Finally, I want to personally thank Ms. Sumegha Kharayat, Executive Assistant Manager, who took the time to repeatedly check that our stay was absolutely perfect.

Service was incredible from arrival to check out with a specific call out to Mayank Pandey & his team who are exceptional, the quality of food & personal touches was amazing and turned what could have been an uncomfortable solo dinner into one of the most enjoyable of my two week trip

Airport transfer was expensive (£55 for 15 mins driver) this felt excessive. I booked without asking the price for the transfer and was very surprised when I saw it on the bill, initially assumed was £5.50 and not £55

As I have known on the name value of The Oberoi, I was very satisfied with hotel stay. Every hotel person s were very kind to us. I thought The Oberoi tries to show best quality of service for customers. Room condition is very clean and inside design was very specific, it shows the character of The Oberoi well. On ground floor one big restaurant, there service also was very good. When we ate delicious food, we felt refreshment with near good scenery. And I could look around various pictures on the wall inside hotel. During looking many pictures, I thought it is a kind of museum. This time I enjoyed well hotel, and I will recommend to my friends when you needs to take rest comfortably. It was wonderful! And I hope to go again.
