Our one bedroom suite was very large and had nice finishings. It was great to have a kitchen for making breakfast/having snacks, it had everything we needed but only 3 sets of plates/bowls/cups etc. The bathroom was nice and the on-site onsen was very clean. The ski valet was also convenient.

The property is ski in/ski out but you have to take a few lifts (magic carpet + gondola) to get to a main area. It's nice to be away from the crowds but requires taking a bus to Grand Hirafu for most dining, which requires a 10 min walk down a hill to most restaurants.

Breakfast - Minimal but delicious Room - Big, Western Standard Size for 2 Bedroom, Kitchen is fully stocked, Dish Soap and Laundry Detergent are provided. Location - Is good for Skiing/Winter Activities Staff - Very Friendly.

Location - Far from Center, About 15 Minutes by Shuttle (Free), No restaurants on-site. You will walk 20-30 minutes to go to Hirafu Welcome Center (Not Recommended for Winter because the sidewalks are covered with snow and ice). We spent 3000 to 3,500 Yen for 1 Taxi (Oneway) from Hirafu Welcome Center to the hotel. Shuttle - Infrequent. There is no shuttle during lunch times - only 2-3 in the Morning and 4 in the Afternoon (starts at 4 pm). Inconvenient schedule, they don't come at every hour. Sometimes every 1.5 hours (excluding lunch time) Restaurants/Convenience Store - None

Location was great. The facilities were fantastic - beautiful onsen and great ski storage facilities and staff running it. Rooms were new, well kept, clean (only some dust build up in the closets) and the washer/dryer in the unit was a life saver. Great room facilities too - coffee machine, fridge, kettle, stove top - everything we needed. Pretty views and comfortable pillows and blankets.

Breakfast was incredibly overpriced and it was average at best considering what we’ve experienced elsewhere. Everyone has different preferences, but for us, the mattresses were too hard.

Amazing apartment, beautiful views, very clean, nice amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. Ski concierge was wonderful and so easy. Buffet breakfast was disappointing , overpriced with some food already cold when we arrived. Better breakfast at nearby Greenleaf. Definitely book bus shuttle in advance to and from airport if needed as limited transfers to the resort. That said, we returned by train to Sapporo and the scenery was stunning. Staff dropped us to train station on their small bus. Cash only train station, which fortunately we had enough cash for. Great trip.

The staff were amazing, the room was glorious, spacious with everything you need for a great time at the snow and able to cater for a family. The washing machine was excellent and the provided laundry detergent an added benefit. The onsen experience was relaxed and the ski valet brilliant. Close to the carpet for quick access to the slopes.

The logistics of getting out of the hotel were a little isolating, a shuttle bus that comes every hour... And trying to book a taxi 2 hours in advance but zero availability. It wasn't until the last day we figured out how to navigate the slopes to get to Niseko Yo. The bistro food was a little undesirable. The price for what you were getting wasn't aligned. Bring your own staple itens if you can, or you can order a grocery shop on simples items for a delivery fee of ~$40

Location was quiet but also very convenient for skiing in/out and speed to the main ski areas. Very good local restaurants to be found with home produced Japanese menus. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Large rooms well equipped. Very clean.

The mattresses were slightly disappointing compared to the overall quality of the rooms. Not particularly comfortable, hard, and just not as they should have been. Great size of bed, though.

Helpful staff, very well trained and all very pleasant. Well organized, very stress free including ski rental area. Staff here were very organized and patient.

We did not eat at hotel - the seating fee made me avoid the restaurant. There could be more food options available for guests - restaurant often seemed abandoned, probably for same reason. current arrangement does not seem sensible.

Absolutely blown away by the incredible service at Hinode Hill Village, and we have Salina to thank for that! She went above and beyond to help us—not only did she assist with shipping our snowboards, but she also took care of booking our bus. Seriously, an absolute angel! Our trip wouldn’t have been nearly as smooth without her. If you’re staying here, you’re in the best hands. Thank you, Salina!

Great location, very convenient lift access. Layout of hotel is efficient and even though at 95% full never felt overcrowded. Rooms are pretty great and very comfortable, a window in the bath would have been perfect.

Wish we our view was facing the other way (not toward the Niseko Village Parking lot) but it was ok as we didn't spend much daylight hours in the hotel.
