The resort location is perfect for those seeking a break from city life to reconnect with nature. The views are stunning. The facilities are world-class and offers entertainment for the whole family. The serene atmosphere is the perfect way to relax and recharge the mind and body. The staff are all incredibly pleasant and helpful, going out of their way to ensure the guests are comfortable at all times. I celebrated my birthday during our stay and they went all out, even baking a delicious birthday cake! But the best part of our stay was the restaurant. The breakfast and dinner buffet are value for money and caters to every palate and diet requirement. We had four breakfasts and four dinners during our stay and were amazed at the vast range of dishes prepared at each sitting. The quality, presentation and taste of each dish was top-class, perhaps one of the best in KZN. Compliments to Chef Pieter and his team on an amazing job. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a mountain breakaway!

Aibo I requested for a bath rope 2 days they didn’t give it to me I guess I was not an important guest and I could see that its not bcz its not there, they just ddnt want. I was feeling so cold I didn’t know the weather was gonna be so bad , coming down with flue I told them I forgot mines even my husband begged them but they refused

it was fabulous to see the “new” Sani Pass Hotel in such great shape. I have been coming here for 39 years. Hats off to Premier Group.

Management visibility was scarce. The staff were excellent but I had no clue who the GM or his 2IC was. There appear to be a number of “day visitors” who go on hikes and then use the hotel pool. I noted what appeared to be a non resident family who brought their own drinks to the pool as well. In my opinion, this needs to be managed.

Everything, the staff was friendly, the room was perfect, the anniversary setting, the picnic, the food. All I can say is that everything was perfect🥰❣️, siyabuya ke sana for more🤣🥰❣️

If you buy anything from curios shop using cash make sure you get a receipt as you may be accused of not paying!!!

The view are amazing, rooms are clean. Staff is also amazing. I enjoyed the walk to the waterfall.

The people dealing with finances were not organized, Mbali and Nana. I payed the full amount almost a month before the trip and I communicated with them prior to my arrival date with proof of payments and to my surprise....on the day of checking in, I was still questioned whether the booking was payed for??? They were still trying to find my proof of payment. Which was a bit annoying and embarrassing.

Everything except the fact that there's no YouTube and Netflix or Showmax. Since they have wifi they should get smart box and convert their tv to smart tv.

Please I'm planning to go to Capetown in December however i don't plan on getting bored my sitting in my room and all i can watch is dstv and the lowest plan even worse... Was so annoyed by that

The room was spacious with everything we needed and more. It’s safe with a lot to do and amazing scenery.

Stayed for 3 nights so got really bored with the food. Wish we had a menu to choose from instead of the buffet. Rooms got cleaned late (after 1) and cleaning wasn’t thorough on the 2nd night.

The suite 201 had the most incredible views from every room , super clean , very accommodating staff , very romantic and quite.

Has a kitchenette with no microwave.

The resort is beautiful. However, we did not complete our stay. I had an accident while going up the Sani Pass on the second day of our stay. I slipped and broke my leg in two places. It was the most traumatic experience of my life. We were almost at the top and we stopped to take a photo. I had to wait for two and a half hours for an ambulance vehicle to come. It took another two and half hours to get into an ambulance at the SA border post. An another two hours to get to the hospital. All this while in excruciating pain. My husband had to get back to the resort to check out and follow the ambulance. I had an operation the following day with pins, screws and plates inserted to keep my broken bones in place. So we still have two nights left at your beautiful resort. As soon as I am well enough to walk again normally, we will definitely return and complete our stay. Thanks again to the manager for keeping in touch with my husband while we were waiting for the ambulance to arrive. And also for the snacks for his trip back. He was definitely starving because the last meal we had was the sumptuous breakfast we had that morning. Hoping to see you guys soon!
