If it was at all possible I would rate this property and its wonderful host Judy 10 out of 4 that is provided. I have stayed in many places, but never have I experienced the attention, to not only detail, but a host who goes above and beyond to ensure that her guests have absolutely everything they need plus more. Cottage on the Corner is an absolute magical delight !

Absolutely nothing

It’s a jewel of a place - flooded in light during the day, cosy at night: a warm bed with mattress-heater, a jacuzi, a foot-massage-bath, a wonderful shower, a nice kitchenette, the whole place is very clean. Bring lavender essential oil (for evening or night, or rosemary essential oil for the morning to spoil urself rotten) and add 1-2 drops to ur foot bath or relaxation in the jacuzi… There is a somewhat busy street but I was way too exhausted to notice, in the morning it also didn’t bother me at all. No breakfast, but I knew that, I went to ‘Lemontree’ or so which is a bit overrated…

The privacy, peace and quiet, the breakfast was amazing and delicious.I cannot forgetting to mention the spa bath, very massaging after a long day.we forgot our braai coals at home but our kind hearted host Judy offered us some coal. That place was absolutely amazing🙂

Nothing but they must try to get a little bit big fridge and new mattress on their bed. 44

Judy and Robert are such warm people, reception was excellent, the apartment very warm with fire place in the lounge and warming blankets on the bed, breakfast was delicious, sufficient and filling. All expectations exceeded.

We had a great time here! It is well located to explore the area. We did a day trip to Sani Pass from here. We felt very comfortable in the cottage and slept very well. Judy is an awesome host, she is kind and caring, had great tips for the area, and made us feel so welcome :)

Cozy standalone unit in a private area. Unit have everything you need. Location ideal for visiting Sani Pass.

Heating is manual firewood, which requires attention, and it will go off during the night.

I've never stayed in such a well thought out accommodation before! Literally couldn't think of a single thing that was lacking - and all fit into a pristinely-kept cottage. The host is so lovely as well. Very close to Sani Pass road, which is newly redone and a beautiful ride (up to the border post). We lit a lovely fire and I enjoyed a relaxing jacuzzi bath during loadshedding. Will definitely return!

Literally cannot fault this cottage - it seems every little detail was thought of.

Super friendly owner, very communicative before and during our stay. She already prepped the fire place for us fully, and we only needed to sit and enjoy. The bed is comfy and equipped with electrical heating to balance the cold in the region. Good breakfast with homemade bread❤️. Feels like a home away from home.

The cottage is nice, clean and cosy, the fireplace was my favourite. The host was great and very welcoming. The cottage has everything you need for self catering purposes.

Load shedding, but emergency lights are provided and the place has a fireplace and gas geyser, which makes things much better.

This was the feed back of my friends who stayed there. I offered the stay for their honeymoon. They werecover the moon with the reception and friendliness of the host. Simply the best 🤗😃😘
