Very new and sleek boutique hotel of the Andaz Branch, nice location, good amenities and very nice staff.

For a 5* hotel of the andaz group and for that prices you definitely need a way better sound proofed doors and windows. You can hear your neighbours talking and showering as well doors shutting on the other side of the hallway.

Our stay here was very pleasant - the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I'd go back simply based on how great the staff was! The in-room espresso was lovely, and the beds had SO many pillows, which was a so great considering so many places skimp on pillows. The breakfast buffet was good; they had an omelet station and tons of fresh options. There were a lot of dogs around, so that was very nice. Also, definitely check out the Rooftop bar; it's beautiful, and the cocktails were phenomenal.

The only downside to this location is that it's pretty loud. The walls and windows are very thin, so you can hear people in the hallways and the traffic outside. I had earplugs, so this wasn't a huge deal, but some of our party did not, and they had trouble sleeping. So, just bring earplugs!

Our stay was incredible from start to finish - our stay started off strong with our amazing concierge Chico being so welcoming, and kept going throughout the stay. The location CANNOT be beat. The amenities and public areas are fantastic and well maintained. The rooms are average size but are beautifully appointed, the beds very comfortable, and cleaned so well daily. Cannot wait to return to this property and check out more Andaz locations!

The only negative was an attempt at making Brunch on Sunday. We had seen it advertised on Instagram so we snagged a reservation for 11:00am, and when we arrived to the location on the ground floor were told that brunch didn't actually begin until 2:00pm. Just a little fix on OpenTable would be great for transparency sake.

Great room with very comfy bed, and amazing other facilities such as the rooftop bar/restaurant and cafe. Perfect location to dive right into Roma district, with lots of nice bars and restaurants in walking distance. Great room service that took care of my special dietary needs. We checked-in short term and stressed out from a prior incident and the staff at the reception was very kind and understanding. The concierge service was outstanding and supportive in every aspect, not just helping out with booking tours & tickets but also helping us with a challenging situation. Thank you so much Ivan!

There is not so much space in the pool area to hang out as expected, but you will be pleased with the amazing view.

The Andaz Suite was spacious and modern, and very clean. The rooftop restaurant and pool area is very cool. The morning breakfast selections were plentiful and delicious. The staff was phenomenal! We really enjoyed our stay here.

Our suite was the lowest floor on the corner of a busy street, so it was very loud on Friday night, but the rest of the weekend was just some traffic noise.

Every detail is beautiful, the staff is extremely helpful and polite, the location is also amazing. Amenities were great. The pool was interesting but very beautiful views and the rooftop restaurant was delicious.

We were hoping to be able to relax by the pool in a lounge chair but we're surprised the pool was directly attached to the restaurant so you either had to be actually physically in the pool or separately at the restaurant. Both were great but just different from what we expected.

The location, a stone-throw away from Ámsterdam where all the cafés and restos are. Right next to the bus stop too. There is a café next to the check-in desk and it sells a good array of bakery and drinks. The wooftop and rooftop were a little but underwhelming but we didn’t use the facility so no comment on service/food.

The room was extremely noisy at night. I realized that next to the hotel is a hospital/ER so perhaps that’s why we heard ambulances, fire trucks, and police cars throughout the nights. The room design is pretty cool though and the amenities are great (free snacks and bottled water throughout the stay).

The location, trendy design, accessible spa with expert massage and nail treatments. The swimming pool and rooftop views are the eat feature. The hotel is secure, I received friendly service and enjoyed that everything you need is only a call away.

Hairball and fluff on the bathroom floor. Toilet didn’t flush, no water but quickly resolved by maintenance < 10mins. After venturing out, my room had been cleaned spotless but there was an odd/damp smell. Noisy mornings when the room is near elevators & you forget ear plugs, but they reception offers to upgrade for $35 for the same room type in a quieter part and with better views/on a higher floor.

Location was fantastic in a really nice area of Mexico city. Lots of leafy streets. Felt very safe in this area. Some great resteraunts. Hotel staff are amazing, service excpetional and always with a smile

being picky, the lighting in the rooms was not so good. mostly floor or table lighting meant that the rooms we had (three) were a little dark in the evening

The staff was consistently and exceedingly friendly and helpful. I was traveling alone so was especially appreciative of the warmth and generosity of spirit exuded by every membe of the hotel staff. Bravo. It really helped my stay in Mexico City to be a special one indeed.

There was one miscommunication about pricing for the holiday rooftop brunch but that was just ,(more) as likely my mis mistake. Big problem though: I was only able to stay at the Andaz Condesa for nine nights!
