Crisp and clean. Hangout lobby and coffee bar. Friendly staff. Staff did everything they could to accomodate our adjoining room request but wasnt successful due to booking.com

We couldn't get adjoining rooms as requested. Since I booked through a third party their computer wouldn't allow them to change our rooms to adjoining. Even tho I requested adjoining thru booking initially and booking grouped the two rooms in my options. They did have the adjoin rooms available but couldn't link them up in their system. For the price which was on the high side...should be able to accomodate a simple request.

Delightful & gracious staff! Chasity professionally & knowledgeably provided information on a “possible booking error (3 rooms instead of 2).”......said she would notify manager to assist in resolving. She also provided guidance for local food delivery (we had arrived late evening). Comfortable beds low enough for handicapped seniors to access/sleep comfortably. Shower /bathroom roomy, liked the soaps/shampoos. Loved diverse arrangement in lobby/dining area. Kitchen staff also gracious in morning & helped, always smiling! Wish we could have stayed longer....but travel plans were to get on the road.

I love the TRU hotels because they are clean, contemporary and simplistic yet totally satisfying. There is no carpet on the floor which I love. This means no weird smells, and no cooties buried within. Breakfast is everything you need, and the whole vibe is that of community.

one thing that concerns me about this particular property is the shower and the potential for mold. Another is the high pitch constant ring the refrigerator was giving. I ended up unplugging it. had I brought my dog, he would not have liked it.

Clean and well assessable to local areas

Not one thing The front evening staff made my work stay Or like a home away from home stay! As a single women traveling with my mother I felt as safe as o would in my own home 12 stars all across the board. This address knows how to treat their customers

Location was good, room smelled like new. Room was clean, bed was good.

Breakfast was only so so. Shower leaked all over the floor. Hotel didn’t have the standards that we had at the Tru Hotel as the one we stayed in Asheville Va.

Lobby area was fun, clean rooms, good breakfast out right at 6 AM

Sound issues. Not sure if it was because we had a noisy family next door, or that we had a handicap room that was a big concrete echo chamber, but we had a lot of sound issues.

The whole experience was amazing to checking in and out the location cleanness the bed wow they were so comfortable I highly recommend this if i ever travel around here i would stay again!!!

I loved how sweet the receptionist was as we arrived and the hotel was so clean. Coffee and breakfast was amazing. I've marked this as a favorite in my places to stay.

I liked everything about this place.

It had excellent staff, courteous and upbeat. The breakfast was excellent, had a lot of choices, the room was clean and the bathroom was spacious for our group. They had a lot of snack options for purchase and 2 microwaves incorporated into the front desk. It had plenty of seating as well.

There was not really anything I did not like about this property and staff.

Lobby was great for hanging out with the group. Also for dining. Used the fitness center 3 times. Breakfast was good. The omelets were a nice surprise. Rooms were clean and fresh. TV was huge! Location was perfect!

Room was tiny. But we ate and visited in the lobby. Also it is difficult to see from the road.
