The excellent Customer Service received by Mr Scott when we first arrived and throughout our stay. Also I encountered a Ms Connie, she was Awesome in making sure me and my family member needs were addressed for my elderly 81 year old aunt. I am happy that God placed them in our life when he did. These two were Angels sent by God. Thanks for making our visit a memorable one. Please continue doing what you do to make a difference. Bless each of you and other staff ❤️! Ms. Tracy & Family.

I was traveling and came down sick due to an extreme allergy that I have. This was the closest hotel with comfortable looking beds, based on the photos. I wanted a cozy bed to rest in since I was sick.

The lobby smelled strongly of breakfast when I left. I would never stay here again considering I have a severe allergy to mammal products and just the smell triggers severe reactions. But the hotel was great. Oh, and the elevator was questionable.

We were traveling for a move and trying to get an early start. We went down to have breakfast and discovered it didn't start for another hour. The night clerk was fantastic and let us eat early. I can't remember his name (too many move details I guess) but kudos to him, he guaranteed we were happy customers. We definitely will stay again when we pass through Bryant!

This is just a shout out to the excellence of the lady desk clerk. She said she normally works days, but someone needed off. When we arrived, she had been vacuuming and later when we went to the pool, she had come outside with a broom and dustpan, while making her rounds, she was sweeping up cigarette butts. I have never seen a desk clerk do that before. Such dedication to her job, she needs a raise!!!

I like the location and the staff friendliness and rooms appeared to be clean. I would like to give special praise to the staff name Ms. Connie, she went over and beyond to help us retrieve something very important to us. Ms. Connie epitomized true integrity. KUDOS to her.

The carpet smelled like mildew

The check-in process was very nice considering we had such a late one coming in. They staff was very friendly and helped us understand the necessary details. The room was also very comfortable and clean!

We were a little disappointed with the breakfast since there was limited hot food options especially given the cold weather. There was only microwaveable breakfast sandwiches except for the waffles in terms of hot breakfast. It was hard to find a comfortable temperature for the shower as well; it was either too hot or too cold and hard to find the middle.

Location

Bathroom door did not stay closed. Even if we locked it, it popped open. The only cups in the room were clear plastic. Not suitable for hot coffee. Had to get some from the lobby.

Everything was so neat and CLEAN!!I loved everything about it. I will most definitely come back and share my experience with others.

The room was a little musty smelling and I told them about it.

Excellent staff and very accommodating. Every interaction was pleasant. The hotel was also very quiet and we felt at home. Also, Cracker Barrel was right across the street and Walmart was less than a half of a block away. Ideal location.We felt like we were home.
