I loved everything about the property, especially the toilet seat lids which the other La Quinta in Louisville and one other did not have . Difficult when you have a dog. The staff was so helpful. The rooms impeccably furnished and out-fitted. The upgrades for safety in the bathrooms was very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. The flat screen tv high definition was great to watch the Blue Jays Mariners World Championship game. The breakfast was wonderful - scrambled eggs, sausage patties, hash browns, bagels, gravy, great coffee. I love the La Quinta chain.

Everything was perfect.

Rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable and there was no noise from other rooms.

We only had one issue. We were there for 3 nights, to visit a relative in a nearby hospital. We got back to the hotel all 3 nights very tired, and the room key would not work. Each night staff had to eventually come up to the room to let us in. The last night, we had to move to a different room, until maintenance staff could get the door open. Then we had to gather our belongings to move to another room.

It was clean and light, plenty of windows. The handicap shower was very well equipped. Bed and room were comfortable. Everything we saw was very clean and staff was incredibly helpful and well-mannered. The staff was very responsive and called me after we checked out to let me know I had left one of my meds there; they are holding on to it till we head back their way, and offered to mail it to us if we preferred.

Breakfast was FANTASTIC! Always fresh and appetizing, very neat and clean! The young lady setting up and taking care of the Bfast was terrific. Always on top of her game. Hot was hot, Cold was cold.. The entire staff, our entire stay, cleanliness, ALL TOP NOTCH! We've stayed in other hotels in the area but never here,. This will be our "Go to" from here on! Thank you and a Big Thak you to your staff!

We loved the amount of space in our room and in the bathroom, so we weren't cramped during our 3 day stay. The lobby was very festive and inviting and we were impressed with how clean it was considering it was raining and muddy outside, but there was no evidence of this on the lobby floor from any of the constant traffic coming in and out. The options for breakfast are plentiful from cereal and juices, to the waffles, eggs, or biscuits and gravy. The staff were all smiles, even though they were working on Christmas and am sure they would have preferred being with their families, so we appreciate them very much.

While the room was very clean, there were a few areas in the shower that appeared pink from the hard water stains, and would have liked more than 2 towels for our 3 day stay. I understand we could request more from the lobby, but it would have been nice to have those already available with such late arrival or perhaps have an option for the number of towels available prior to the stay since daily housekeeping is no longer an option.

The breakfast was okay. It was a bit bland, but was decent. I wish the ingredients would’ve been a bit better. Seemed a little cheap for my liking.

Gravy was bland. I could tell the eggs were powdered. The biscuits had a weird chemical taste. I guess it was the bleach in the flour. Oh and the sausage was very cheap and fatty tasting.

The rooms were nice and clean. I love the bed and pillows and the fact that I had a microwave and fridge also. The conventional breakfast was absolutely delicious.

My only nitpick is I wish the bar of soap and shampoo were slightly bigger and I wish there was a hot tub also but other than that, I was happy with my stay.

Absolutely everything! I will be booking time and time again! We love this hotel and all of the staff we encountered! Breakfast was great and the pool was clean! Room was exceptional (except the handle on the bed room door was broken) but everything else was perfect!

Honestly we loved this hotel. Best La Quinta we’ve ever stayed at. Pool was clean, the location was nice and plenty of grass for pets. Rooms were nice and spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly.

Breakfast variety was minimal and only one elevator and it was kind of slow.

Breakfast was okay. Lady running it was very nice and had everything out on time and kept restocking. She was great.

Wish you had the cinnamon rolls that some of the other hotels have.
