I was traveling with a one year old which at times can be difficult because he’s always on the move. But the staff was so interactive and sweet with my son. Gary (I think that’s his name so please forgive me) at the front desk helped keep my son entertained while trying to check in which helped at ton and also recommended a fun little park to take my son to so he good get some energy out and upon check out even offered to meet me at the door for check out to make it easier on us which I really do appreciate. Tracy served us breakfast and was so sweet and accommodating to me and my son’s needs. Over all 10/10 recommendation for a stay at this hotel. If you have a little and are traveling on your own this is the place to go. The room was spotless the food was great and the staff went beyond my expectations. Thankful to have had such helpful and friendly people to help us on our journey. We Will most definitely be staying here again if I find myself in Little Rock ☺️ may God bless y’all and your amazing staff !!

No complaints whatsoever!!

Brian at the front desk was awesome. When I arrived, he was already assisting two elderly couples. In a matter of about 5 minutes he received several phones calls while helping the couples at the desk.He had a lot going on, but was professional and pleasant the entire time. When it was my turn, check in took all of three minutes. Great customer service from Brian. The interior throughout was nice and clean. No weird smells. New carpet. Outdoor pool. Did I mention Brian at the front desk?

Upon my arrival, I thought to myself "This has got to be the crustiest Marriot I've ever seen". The exterior isn't very easy on the eyes, but the grounds were well kept, and the interior was great!

I loved the update it was so beautiful inside of the room I stayed in, it was clean, the bed is so comfortable, the pillows were very soft. The front desk person he was very polite and very sweet, I had an issue with the first room and it took him less than a minute to assign me with another room. This is my favorite hotel, always has been and I will stay here again.

Nothing to dislike.

I had reserved a double room since I was traveling with my granddaughter. We were sent to our room with no explanation. Once we got to the room and realized we had a king I went down to ask about the reservation. The clerk said I had reserved a double but they had run out of doubles and put me in the king. I didn't mind the change but it would have been nice to know before I got into the room that it had been changed.

The bistro wasn't open but they had a breakfast bar that was very good with many choices. The cook, Rita, was refilling the potatoes and stopped to speak with us for a minute. We told her how good things were and she was very happy. It was a highlight of the morning.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was polite.

There were some homeless gentlemen that passed through the parking lot a few times. Although they didn't cause any trouble, it is a little unsightly. Also, I wish the breakfast was a free continental breakfast.

Convenient location for business in that part of Little Rock . Clean and comfortable room with all the amenities you expect . Staff was friendly and professional . Facilities were well maintained . Parking was well lit for after dark arrival and overnight security

They deliver exactly what they promise when you book . Check in was easy . Travelers needs were well provided for

Room was very clean with lots of space. Beds were extremely comfortable with lots of pillows. Would have liked to have more meal options. Check-in staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Would like more options for eating/meals. Would like to see microwaves more available.

Friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. We loved the balcony that overlooked the pool. The bed was comfortable. The tv has the option to log into streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube.

Staff when arriving in the evening were great. Very nice and helpful.

Morning staff was not as helpful and nice. Made you feel like you were a bother. Needs improvement.
