The property is visually appealing, clean w a look of sophistication inside and out. We were greeted cheerfully as we entered by a wonderful young lady that helped us w our dinner for the first night. Every member of the staff even the gentleman on his first day was professional, attentive and Chanell Chalmers is very knowledgeable she assisted us and other guests w our every need she also helped us w things to do in the area. We mentioned that we were there for our Anniversary and she informed us about the different packages The Burgundy Hotel offer for several occasions Anniversary, Valentine & the Lovers package. I am a Lysol Spray and Wipe Guest its a must do and I cleaned like always and I can honestly say it wasn’t necessary our room was clean everything was in place and clean. Oh yeah, breakfast was hearty and delicious and the ambiance of the dining room look and felt like it was set up for a date night:) Great job everyone and thank you for a wonderful 4 days and 3 nights.

The rooms are nice and big. Fridge, bottled water and a decent size bathroom. The walls around the window are getting old and need a little work. Ac was loud.

I was located by the dumpsters so i could listen to the bin get filled up with glass bottles. The staff was loud and it was annoying for at least two hours, it messed up our sleep. I asked to be changed and they didn’t comply.

We had to leave very early in the morning due to bad weather to come into the area. We live 3 hours away and needed to make sure we got home safe. Unable to eat breakfast due to this. Pool area looked beautiful. Staff very professional and kind.

I love a tub, but did not want to pay extra for tub.

I've ordered from the restaurant twice, and have been disappointed both times. Both the risotto and the short ribs were very salty. The soup was good.

Nice staff, clean updated rooms. Restaurant Table 28 is indeed a fine dining experience as indicated by menu price, but backed up by a chef driven approach to food that matched.

Bar service was excellent and solid variety, but very pricey.

It was super nice. Beautifully designed and the very spacious.

The girl at the front desk was not very welcoming or friendly but other than that it was fabulous.
