We had an issue with our television , and when I called the front desk , the gentleman ( I cannot remember his name) did not hesitate he came right up and was able to fix it right away. Oh and one more thing I would love to add , I don't know what they use but once you walk into the front door whatever they use to clean or air freshener is absolutely wonderful. it always smells great in there.

There isn't anything I did not like about it. This was my second time staying there.

The breakfast was mediocre, it did not meet my expectations. When I warmed up the sausage in the microwave 30 sec, it turned into plastic, making me question was that even sausage. So I praise to eat elsewhere.

Other than the horrible breakfast, all else was ok

I was disappointed with breakfast. I was pretty hungry in the morning and was looking forward to making myself a waffle. There was no longer a waffle maker but a touch less pancake maker. I had pancakes, eggs, tangerines and coffee. I was still hungry! The pancake size was so small, geared for a child’s appetite. I vote for the return of the waffle maker!! I decided to serve myself cereal but there was not enough milk! One pitcher was empty and the other had a very small amount. It was 8:30 in the morning with an hour to go for breakfast time. No kitchen staff was around to replenish the milk. I had to stop somewhere else to eat. It defeated the purpose of staying at a hotel that includes breakfast.

Staff was very helpful in addressing all of our requests. The room and bed were very comfortable.

The breakfast can use an upgrade with wrapped pastries and muffins for freshness and ease of portability when on the go.

It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was very new just a few minutes drive to old town where there were nice restaurants.

They had a washer and dryer there but you could not get soap anywhere. That did not make sense to me and I was disappointed that I could not wash a few things I wanted to.

Close to Interstate, fuel.

Staff wasn’t very knowledgeable about the area,asked about local breweries said he didn’t know anything about them & didn’t seem to care. Also asked about becoming a member to receive points etc as we will be staying somewhere a couple of nights on our way home. He said he didn’t have any information at this location & we would have to call someone else!’

Clean pleasant room. Shower was very enjoyable. Bed was incredibly comfortable

Power plugs on the light fixture over the nightstand did not work. Made it difficult for us to charge out devices close to us

Everything. The hotel was clean, smelled good, and even had fresh water in the lobby. The rooms were clean and the best were comfortable.

We didn’t experience anything about this facility that we didn’t like.

Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, coffee hot, good selection. I thought it was as good as most hotels that offers free breakfast and my wife agreed.

I always tried to find out a good place to stay for me and my family, and this hotel was I good choice. Location was perfect, property and room was clean, and beds was very comfortable! I recommend this hotel to stay!!
