The room was nice. It was large and comfortable. Nice TV. K-Cup coffee maker in room which was nice. Nice work desk with plenty of room. Nice bathroom with good shower. Lots of parking. Good breakfast in large dining area. The Clinton Presidential Museum was within walking distance. Lots of hotels in the area.

The TV was on in the breakfast area but you couldn't hear it because there was music playing which overrode the sound of the TV. Would have preferred hearing the local news and weather. Also, there was a pungent odor of "pot" when exiting the hotel which seemed to come from someone who was smoking it just around to the side of the hotel.

The gym is small but very good - a treadmill, an elliptical and a comprehensive lifting machine. The room was cozy and beds were very comfortable. I appreciated the clean and hot shower as well. It’s in a good location downtown as well and the parking was very convenient and free. I had no problems checking in early either. The staff was excellent and so nice and welcoming.

The only downside was the breakfast, it wasn’t good and gave me slight stomach discomfort/food poisoning, but even if you skip the breakfast, you’ll still get the bang for your buck staying at this hotel.

The hotel was comfortable, spacious, clean, pet friendly, and food was good. When I booked, I thought I was booking at the location across from the airport as my kids had very early flights. But it turned out to be only a few minutes away and the facility, especially our room, was so great I was happy to have made the mistake. Front door auto locks at night. I appreciate the added security, but was not aware. Staff let me in without problem as they had seen my kids and I leaving for the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking entrance had me slightly confused for a moment but was not a problem. The entrance looks like a back street exit. I was easily able to turn around and get in. Will be staying wherever we stay in LR again.

Bigger entrance sign? I thought it was an exit to a back or side street. Once I realized it was the entrance I turned around without problem tho

Everything was awesome a little crowded in the pool but it was expected. On the other hand the morning staff that was handling breakfast was rude af. You could certainly tell she did not want to be there. She was sweeping around our table while we’re eating which is rude and disrespectful as hell! When we asked for fruit she came out with 3 oranges and slammed them into the fruit bowl. like if you don’t like your job then find another one. Not to mention she started taking and putting everything away at 930 breakfast wasn’t over til 10!

Friendly desk staff

We had a two night stay, paid when checking in. Our room wasn’t serviced during our stay, which was ok but we ran out of toilet paper, we only had a 1/2 roll to begin with and no extra roll. Front desk was helpful and when we requested additional gave it to us. About 8 pm there was knocking on our door. Someone was attempting to get into our room. When told the room was occupied, they left. Front desk called. We told them we had were here and had paid for two nights. Went down to the front desk with receipt and card keys. Front desk had us as “no shows”. Staff was very nice & rekeyed our cards. No further trouble. Just odd experience.

We stopped here as our halfway stop between TX and MI, so we'd done a lot of driving and didn't need the room for much more than sleeping in. The big room was ideally spacious enough for our family to spread out and settle in. The sofa couch made a nice 3rd bed for us.

Parking was a little tricky to figure out, as there is an outdoor, ground level lot and another underground/basement level covered parking area(which was not as obvious to find - especially at night in a minivan pulling a small trailer).

The lady working the breakfast bar was the best. She was very kind and friendly and helpful, and I hope the manager notices this review. I joked to her and asked her if she had made all this breakfast for me and said, sure she can make breakfast for me. What would I like on my plate? And she was willing to go through and get everything I wanted, which was not necessary, but I loved her spirit of service.That is so hard to find these days

The rooms had a lot of space this an A. The place was clean and quiet.

Well know I didn't look how I had to find the plug it was a four outlet plug after I had to pull everything apart. Two the water drain in the tub is a major problem so they move us to another room same problem so went a bought some drainer o that work cause we bought it. Three the breakfast sucks ass problem as many ppl stay here they cam do better with breakfast so sad. But bed was nice and comfortable.

Convenient access to Downtown Little Rock, the State House Convention Center and North Little Rock. The breakfast was good. Friendliness and helpfulness of registration desk staff.

The entrance area to the hotel from the parking lot was not well maintained. The smoking area which was close to the entrance was littered with cigarette butts and the floor was dirty and some areas sticky. On Saturday, housekeeping did not make both beds in our room. They only made one bed.

The full hot breakfast made up for anything that annoyed me, such as the 100 dollar incidental fee that got sprang on me. When I paid 99 dollars for the room itself, that's quite high. Besides that, the lady, Monica, at breakfast was very attentive, and the lady who checked us out was super awesome. I forgot her name, but she is a little lady with an awesome smile. The location was not far from my doctor's appointment. Easy access to the interstate, yet quiet. The sheets, pillows, and comforter were soooo comfy!! Everything was extremely clean... 5 stars to their housekeeping staff!!

The high incidental fee. There's not a steam vent in the bathroom, but that's not anything they can help.
