Location was great. Short distance to where we needed to be (Arkansas childrens) staff was friendly. Room was very clean upon arrival. Beds were comfortable. Also our room faced the interstate. We could hear sports cars,semi trucks, and motorcycles. However noise wasn’t horrible.

Would have loved an actual view of city. Instead of interstate and a couple buildings. But that’s just if I had to pick something I didn’t like. Haha. Everything truly was great.

Very friendly staff and helpful. They have a courtesy van that will take you to a restaurant then pick you back up which was very helpful. All the staff was service oriented which was great to see.

The only thing which was a little less than desirable was their breakfast buffet. Although they had a wide varied items it just wasn’t very tasty. The biscuit was crumbly and dry. The omelette was also somewhat dry.

The staff was amazing! The front desk was very helpful. The kitchen staff was so friendly and the food was soooo good! The bed was very comfortable. The shuttle driver was very friendly. I also appreciated the safety feature of having to use your room key to be able to use the elevator in the parking garage. Being a coffee drinker, I was thrilled that coffee was available at all times.

The only thing I can even think of would be the view but that is something that can't be helped. We saw the roof and the AC units.

I arrived later in the evening after a long drive and finding out the hotel I had originally booked was having “technical issues” and could not check me in. Amy, at your desk, was so kind and so helpful getting me set up with a room at last minute. It really turned a stressful day in to a good day and a restful night’s sleep!

The staff were VERY friendly. I went down for breakfast, later that evening I was there for the Murder Mystery Dinner and the wait staff remembered me and struck up conversation. The facility was very clean and peaceful, even in the heart of downtown.

Everyone was very nice & we were thankful for the hotel restaurant so we didn't have to go out. Beds were very comfy & the location was grest for an appointment the next day.

Bathroom was very small!!

The property was very clean and just felt inviting, from the moment I walked in I was greeted and checked in very quickly. The bartender at the restaurant was top notch very attentive and met our needs.

Love it. The rooms were so clean, the beds were dreamy. Best bed I have ever slept in. It was nice and quiet. The lady at check-in was so nice and helpful. We missed the restaurant but she found other places near by for us to eat... love love love. Will definitely go back.

I didn't like that they only had basic cable.

I loved everything about your hotel. From the minute I walked to through the doors, the reception from the gentleman at the front doors greeted us gracefully. He was very helpful. The shuttle drivers were were very helpful. I would stay there again on my next visit. I rate this hotel a 10, all the way. And very nice and clean.

The lady that checked me in was so sweet after being swamped by a lot of people checking in at the same time. The location was stellar!
