My priority was finding a safe place to stay near Little Rock. The hotel is located in a great area and I felt very safe. We were super excited to be greeted by friendly staff and yummy fresh baked cookies. We asked the front desk associate to recommend a good place for dinner and she gave us an AMAZING recommendation that far exceeded my expectations. This hotel was also a great value for the money.

Breakfast was same as almost all other hotels offering "free" breakfast. Fake eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary. Room was nice and quiet as requested.

Desk staff completely indifferent to guests, taking no notice when returning keys, head buried in either phone or computer. No greeting when checking in, no smiles no attempt to offer any suggestions or help with other matters, i.e. restaurant recommendations. Amazed at the number of pets within the hotel. Luggage carts falling apart, really need new ones.

Bed and Room was very ( excellent) comfortable and clean. Staff and breakfast were excellent. Excellent breakfast!

They need to replace their cart for luggage. We only saw one available, suggest purchasing several new carts. Other than that it was great.

I really like this hotel and the location is great for our Purpose.

This hotel is nice and very inviting and cozy however it is in need of some upgrades. The carpets in the lobby and rooms are terribly dirty and in bad shape. Frayed and patched in a shoddy way. If that is fixed that will be great.

We always stay here when we are in town. I appreciate that you have some type of meat everyday for breakfast and you are not hiding meat in gravy. The staff is always pleasant.

The carpet in our room could have been vacuumed.

The staff were some of the nicest I've encountered at any hotel. Went out of their way to be helpful and so approachable. Facilities very clean and bed was comfortable. Definitely will return.

Pillows were a little hard.

The location was a little further off the highway than anticipated but the room was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. It was clean and quiet. The receptionist and the lady that managed the breakfast were both very pleasant. The food was hot and very good.

The night receptionist was not as friendly as I would have hoped but she did take care of us.

They overbooked and gave us an additional room to give us the same number of beds that we had booked without charging extra.

When I first arrived my first room the door was messed up. However, the very nice man up front(I apologize I have forgotten his name) quickly apologized and helped get me in a room with a working door.

No maid service while I was there, towels were not changed and I ran out of coffee in the room
