The young lady who checked me in & helped me throughout my stay. I was only in town for a day for a memorial, I had flown all night to get there; she made an otherwise stressful, emotional so much easier with all of her assistance from the time I arrived until I left the hotel. I’ll be returning just for the simple fact that she was so helpful, so warm & welcoming - and I saw her helping others while I was there as well. Any hotel that is smart enough to hire & retain such a great employee makes you stand out among the other hotel options.

The property was great- the more food & beverage options (and the more hours they are available) - the better it will be- since some people like myself are only going to be in town shortly & may not want to leave the property to find food & drinks.

The facility was clean, loved that my breakfast was included with my room, and the location is great! Walking distance for the heart of downtown. The staff was very welcoming and every one of them always had a smile on their faces.

The parking could be tough. My stay started on a weekend and ended on a week day. Parking is free along the street on weekends but beginning at 8am on weekdays, must pay. I was told there was a parking garage, but I didn't bother to look. The pool was rather small and looked a little sketchy. The water was really foggy and dark looking. I It was ok for my younger child. My teen wanted no parts of it.

I accidentally left a casual jacket on the back of a chair at the hotel bar and someone took it, It was my fault for leaving it, but you would think someone would leave it where to was or turn it in to the concierge, but that didn't happen I also contacted the hotel staff that checked the lost and found, but it wasn't there Lesson learned!

What an Amazing staff ! Everyone from the Bartender . Front Desk . Housekeeping. The young gentleman making sure that there was ice on every floor . I had an unfortunate situation where I checked in last Thursday however ended up being admitted to the hospital . Needless to say I wasn’t available to pack or check out . Not only did management step up . ( Ms. Beverly ) did an exceptional job packing my belongings and making sure that all of my items were there . Thank you management and entire staff for being exceptional . Thank You

Excellent location in downtown River Market. Within walking distance of many different activities and excellent eating spots. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very reasonably priced for the location. Will definitely stay here again.

All of the property expectations were met. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The room was quiet and the AC worked well. The parking was in a good location from the property and I could actually see my car from my window. The restaurants and shopping were only steps away. It was a lovely stay.

I had an excellent stay

My stay was very comfortable, the staff was wonderful and I will be staying again, this is the 1st time I actually slept in the bed at a hotel in 15 years of traveling.

The parking, no breakfast served was disappointing, no microwave.

special thanks to the desk clerk (Tamisha?) who was there in the evening and again early the next morning. She was extra friendly and very helpful.

The breakfast offerings were fine. However the eggs were perhaps the worst we had ever eaten.

Location and easy of check in

The heat/air did not work properly or if it did we was not smart enough to operate. Set to 67 at one point & hot air blowing with temp staying 74 degrees.

The location and the high rating by previous guests was why I chose this hotel. Its distance from the Amphitheater was measured in FEET not MILES! We were in town for a concert and being able to skip car traffic (or an Uber) and just walk the few minutes it took was marvelously convenient!

No microwave in the room. Which of course is not a deal breaker, but it would have been nice. We at a the Flying Fish restaurant next door and would have enjoyed being able to warm up our leftovers. :-0
