Great location and clean

The gentleman at the front desk this morning and yesterday morning. Very impersonal and borderline rude. I asked where the closest coffee place was yesterday morning about 6am. He told me Starbucks but they don’t open til 6:30. He easily could’ve told me about the donut shop next door that’s open 24hr’s. His tone was that I was bothering him by asking…. This morning upon checking out there was an Indian guy that was having trouble understanding him. He was very rude to him and was basically telling him to walk away. He handled this very rudely and I was sure to let him know. Marriott, find a nicer person to handle customers.

I loved knowing my car was safely parked by valet. I also appreciated the convenience of being so close to the convention center for Comicon. The facility was beautiful and the room was very comfortable. The view from the 16th floor was incredible. We checked out of the hotel Sunday morning but planned to attend the final day of Comicon. The staff permitted us to leave our belongings behind the desk until we were ready to leave that evening.

I expected there would be a microwave in my room but there was one in the lobby for guest use. Surprisingly, there were no plates or utensils available. The front desk suggested I ask someone at the restaurant for those. It felt very strange walking into the restaurant asking for those items and even more awkward walking back in to return dirty items.

Very clean, comfortable. Staff was absolutely amazing and professional.

Valet is hectic and mass chaos. We waited approx 45 min on the road to get up to the valet area to drop the car off, and there were vehicles packed under the awning like sardines, you could barely move around with your luggage, and then waited approx 30 min to get it brought to us when it was time to leave. The valet staff was extremely nice, calm under pressure, and professional but could definitely use more staff to move things smoother and faster.

The breakfast was very good. The staff in the restaurant were so friendly and attentive. We ate dinner there one night too, and staff made sure our glasses never got empty and that we had everything we needed.

Excellent accommodations but the room did not have a microwave. Not sure why since there was a refrigerator and coffee maker. Made it impossible to get any kind of pastry to warm up in the room.

Love my staff overall. Beautiful location. Loved the option for valet. As a solo traveler I appreciated the fact that you needed a key to access each floor of the hotel. The pillows are amazingggg.

Housekeeping knocks on your door around 9am every morning even with the “Privacy please” sign hanging on the door. Would’ve loved to sleep past 9 am

The Front Desk personal were the best I've ever experienced. Helpful, friendly , patient and professional. Wish I could remember their names. They did their job with a genuine warmth. The beds were very comfortable. Coffee was good. I would stay again. Be aware of valet parking. They were also friendly and professional.

The hamburger. Sounded good but was a little disappointing.

The valet was sloppy. He did not hold the elevator door open and allowed it to slam my upper arm as I was trying to enter. He never said a word. Handed our luggage to us to hang and stash. I expected better service. Perhaps new employees should have trained ing in appropriate valet service. Next time…..

Really big and spacious, beautiful scenery and elegant. Valet were amazing even with them being busy.

Bathroom tub was clogged, did not fix and only thing I got was a sorry.

Location was good. Plenty of tables and staff very attentive. Service was quick and portion good.

Logging onto WiFi was not easy. Laptop access didn't work very well

The shower tubs had mildew , there was no complimentary breakfast and the night desk assistant at check in was terribly unpleasant.
