The staff were actually the best hotel staff I have ever experienced. The night staff were friendly, kind, and even gave me an cold beer they had on hand when I asked how far I would have to walk to get a convenient store. Then the next night, one of the managers took me to a nearby store. I have never had a hotel staff treat me so kindly. They were very professional, but they all felt like old friends. I almost never write reviews, but this staff/owners/managers were so kind, open, helpful, and friendly, that I wanted to write a special review. The rooms were very clean and everything in the room worked well, which is a rare find in hotels in this price range. Someone who lives in Little Rock suggested I change my reservation, because they felt it wasn’t the best part of town to stay in. However, I found the place so well maintained, friendly, and quiet (despite being near a highway) that I plan to stay there on my next visit. Big thanks to Harvey and Kinjal. Best hotel hosts I have ever had!

They could have served breakfast. Otherwise it was great!

Friendly & efficient check-in. Clean & comfortable room with hot shower. There was loud foot noise overhead all evening (a child running back and forth for 4 hours) so we called the desk at 11:10 pm and they took care of it for us and we had a good sleep. Not a fancy place but good value. Room 108 is in a corner with a window into the walkway, so no natural light. Not a problem for our short stay.

The coffee maker uses those coffee bags (like a tea bag) which produces brown water with a hint of coffee. An electric kettle with instant coffee would deliver far superior coffee and tea with less waste.

I didn't eat breakfast, but I'm sure it was cleanly served and good. My room was exceptionably clean-looking and comfortable. Staff was very nice, answered all my questions about directions to certain places. And almost above everything else, the place was quiet. I considered my stay there to be AWESOME!!!

Only thing I can think of is the price--just about everything is too high now. But the Garden Inn and Suites on 8th was a swell place, and I'd stay there in a royal minute if I need to go to Little Rock for another overnighter. Only other drawback would be the surrounds near the Garden Inn grounds. Properties in the neighborhood looked neglected somewhat--but Garden Inn and Suites was anything but. The folks running it are doing a great job!

This was a surprise experience for the money. Very clean and I can't say enough about how friendly the guy at the front desk was!

The coffee pot/coffee in the room. Made very weak coffee. It is a cheesy pot BUT the front desk is just a walk away and fresh coffee there at 6am.

The gentlemen at the front desk was great, very friendly, very helpful with suggestions about attractions, locations, etc.

Location to UAMS was excellent. Parking lot was well lit. Was a very pleasant surprise to have our room straightened up and fresh towels placed while we were out. Haven't had this anywhere since Covid. Thank you!

Our bed was a little lumpy and pillows a bit flat. Would not keep me from staying here again though. Overall a very good stay.

Location perfect for going anywhere in town and close to all State related services, state capitol and Clinton Library.

I have a disability and difficulties walking. I was given the perfect quiet first floor room but the Inn rented out most all the peoperty to highway workers and all their big industrial trucks took all the parking spaces near the room. I had to park up a hill passed the front hotel office. It was a difficult walk to and from my room. Next morning it appears the whole hotel was occupied by construction guys cause my vehicle, up the hill, was the only one in the lot. I lnow the construction vehicle parked in handicapped space, wasn't.

How close it was to the children’s hospital

No daily house keeping to help with in room trash , or big garbage can on property to throw away our trash for the five days we were there !

Was convenient to interstate. Room was large and comfortable. Being off interstate made attractions easy to get to. Staff was helpful with guidance to attractions in area.

Some of the furnishings were worn and you do hear some road noise at night.

Right off the highway, nice beds, clean room.

The room smelled heavily of smoke, although it was a non smoking room, the comfort had a cigarette burn in it and there were no bath towels in the room, only a mat and hand towel.
