Hotel seems fine, bed is comfy, breakfast is good. Nothing to complain about. We were very worried before coming to the hotel because of all the bad reviews written, but we did not encounter anything bad and the hotel exceeded our expectations. It felt like we stayed in a completely different hotel.

The room could not be locked from inside, the locks were broken but we didnt feel unsafe as one probably cannot open the door without a card easily anyway.

As soon as we arrived, we removed the comforters from the beds and placed them in the corner we slept we had sex. We enjoyed our stay in the morning. The man who was the front desk, clerk the night before was now collecting up tiles and sheets, and insisted that the comforters were damaged we had not touched the comforters. We removed them immediately and put them in the corner. The sheets were soiled a little and so were the towels, but the comforters were not. He insisted on charging me for destroying a comforter, which I did not do. You can check my record. I stay at that hotel quite often, and you can check my record in the future. I will not ever be staying there again if the cost of cleaning that comforter which I did not soil is greater than the value of me staying there week after week after week, then I guess the managers are pretty smart man saved a lot of money, charging me for that comforter that I didn’t do. But he traded it in for my future business because I will never be back.

Bed was very comfortable. Sheets were clean and crisp. Bathroom and room clean. Small refrigerator and microwave in room was nice. Convenience to medical center where I had appointments. Price was right. I was looking for a place to stay where I could get to some medical appointments during the severe winter weather that we experienced. There is a gas station with convenience store next door so with the icy roads it was nice to have a place to walk to for drinks, snacks, etc.

repairs are needed. The drapes were separated from the pull rod. There was a patch on the wall that had not been repainted. It took a long time to get warm water in the bathroom sink but the tub/shower worked fine. I was in a first floor room and had a homeless man come knock on my door asking for money.

We liked the price we paid. The King size bed was nice. Glad there were smoking rooms available. Staff was very helpful and friendly! Will book here in the future.

Feel like the rooms should have a little bit of an upgrade even if its deep cleaning and repainting especially the smoking rooms. and upgrade the lights, outlets and if possible up grade to smart tvs. Need more locations for ice. & the mini fridges needs upgraded as well ( ours had a small leak)

the entire staff, from the front check-in clerk to housekeeping and to the check-out clerk, were very friendly yet professional. the hotel was exactly what we needed! a couple of beds and a great location (1 exit down from the hospital where my son was)! the price was not that of a ritzie plush hotel, and we didn't need one! it was perfect!

I couldn't find anything I didn't like! oh, maybe a larger coffee pot in the room! lol

Work in the parking lot was being done at 7 AM. A little kid was running around back-and-forth and front of the room yelling and screaming and playing again between 7 and 8 AM. Housekeeping knocked on the door around 8 AM even though check out isn’t until 11. They were just checking to see if we were checking out. All were disturbing.

My husband is in the Baptist Hospital and it was the only hotel close that I could afford. I also like the manager he was so very nice and had a great personality!

The gun shot I heard, not very far away and my room was at the very back of the hotel. Kind of scary for a woman traveling alone.

Close to shopping and zoo is only 1/2 Mile down road. It was clean just a older place.

On side is gas station and people getting in fighting at night and races at night. Was not the best neighbor hood.

Ask for a room on the front but was given one on the back of the property Am handicap could not get into the bathtub no bath bench

location was close to the hospital..tv reception was good. wifi worked well.

the little coffee pot was filthy it had a lot of stuff inside it.
