The staff was very friendly. I had a doctor's appointment and asked to check in a couple of hours early because I had my elderly mom and my little granddaughter with me,it wasn't a problem at all.The hotel was very, very clean and it smelled great! Very comfortable beds and there were about 5 pillows on each bed,THANK YOU!!! I love to have at least 3 for myself 😁.The entry level was very pretty and very clean! I didn't take any pictures of the hotel or my room, but trust me, it's very nice!! Keep up the great work!!!!☺️🙌🏼

I didn't like the fact that you have to purchase breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The toilet in our room was a little low.

It was a nice, clean place once we got a good room. The first room had cigarettes smell and the second room we moved to smelled like body odor, but the third room we moved to was good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to move us when we let them know the rooms smelled bad. The rooms are clean and it is a good place to stay.

The location in the center of everything was perfect. Employees were kind and helpful.

Long walk to my room from the lobby, key didn't open back door near my room. The room was so dark I couldn't see anything, but what I could see wasn't very clean. The bathroom had dirt and hair in the corners, and the bedskirt was dirty and covered in lint and hair. I had dinner in the bar area and it was cold.

It's a clean and nice hotel with spacious rooms. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean and grounds were quiet and it is right on 630 and University so it's very conveniently located to restaurants and hospitals. The staff was very nice and the evening shift desk person was extraordinary and helpful with a very pleasant attitude.

Breakfast is not included with your room. They do serve a full hot breakfast buffet which you will have to pay.

BLANKETS FROM OUTSIDE LOOKED CLEAN. BUT WHEN I STARTED TO INSPECT IT WHILE THE LIGHTS OFF. WITH MY PHONE THE BLANKET DIDN'T LOOK CLEAN. NOT FOR SURE IF IT WAS DUE TO THEM DRYING IT SO MUCH. BUT IT WASN'T PLEASANT TO SLEEP UNDER IT. SO, I REMOVED IT FROM THE BEDDING AREA. I DID GET MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM. BUT IT WAS THE SAME WAY.

The freeway right next to the hotel was a little noisy but the rooms were far enough away to keep the noise to a manageable level. The search for ice was interesting - signage was unclear and vague. Eventually another guest was able to direct me.

I liked it was close to the individual I went down there to see to spend Christmas with. I'm very comfortable got very good night's sleep

I don't like that there's no dressers to put your clothes in I was there for 4 days and would have liked to had a drawer to put some of my clothes in. Also I've stayed here a few times to visit the same individual and I've never had to give my personal card for a $50 deposit which they said would be returned to my card I checked out Sunday Christmas Day and still have yet to have it returned to my card

Everything! Exceptional service, location, and cleanliness. The breakfast was great. However, oatmeal was bland. Hallways smelled great and the room was nice and neat!

The bed was kinda hard and not really soundproof. Some of the breakfast wasn't worth eating other than that definitely will be returning

I liked the fact that the staff was very accommodating. I was in town for an interview, and there was a marijuana smoke smell in the hallway outside our original room, and I did not want to be around the smell. They upgraded my room for free and put me on an entirely different floor than I was on originally. I really appreciated this and the new room had a nice balcony. They bed was nice and we were comfortable throughout the stay.

I was under the impression that breakfast was included at this hotel by the description on the Booking.com website, however this was not the case. Breakfast was $14.95 per person if you wanted that which I thought was really expensive. I also did not like that streaming services were not available on the TVs in the room. I feel like this is commonplace now and was surprised Netflix was not available to stream, only cable.

The staff was INCREDIBLE in helping us to book our reservations and get EVERYTHING situated for my son's appointment at Arkansas Children's!!!!!!!

Not able to take breakfast to the room! I am disabled and THANKFULLY, the staff let my husband bring me breakfast if he "PROMISED" to bring the plate back! Which he did!!! Thank you for being so accommodating!!!
