The property was close to where I needed to be at the UMAS Medical Center and close to just about everything the staff was great Karen and the rest of staff was really nice

Our room wasn’t very clean. The cat was a little dirty, which we never sat on floor was dirty I wore. White socks, and turned black. The room was a little outdated, but the bed was comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. The air got really hot smoke alarm went off and smelled burnt, but we turned the air condition off. It wasn’t too bad. The cleaner came in the second day and mop the floor and it was still pretty dirty, it was an OK. stay we slept pretty good

I recently stayed at the Guest Inn and Suites in Little Rock, Arkansas, and had a very pleasant experience. The location was incredibly convenient—adjacent to a medical center and just minutes away from the interstate, making it easy to get around. I also appreciated the abundance of dining options nearby, many of which were within walking distance. Whether you're in town for medical reasons, business, or just passing through, the location is hard to beat. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The bed provided a great night’s sleep, and the bathroom was modern, well-maintained, and spotless. It’s clear that cleanliness is a priority at this hotel. In the morning, I was pleased to find that the breakfast served was fresh and satisfying—a great way to start the day. What stood out most to me, though, was the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about the guests’ comfort. There’s a warmth to the hospitality here that makes you feel like more than just a customer—you’re treated like a guest in the truest sense of the word. It’s that personal touch that really sets this hotel apart. While the Guest Inn and Suites isn’t a luxury property and lacks amenities like a pool, it offers a cozy, safe, and pleasant environment. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and I felt completely at ease during my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others looking for a well-located, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Little Rock.

There really wasn't anything that I disliked about this property. While they do take a $150 deposit, it can be done either with a credit card (which can take a few days to be released after checkout) or cash, which is returned to you when you check out.

Every staff is very helpful. I arrived at 10 pm and checking in process by Mr Robert were professional speedy. He went beyond miles to accommodate my request, offering courtesy shuttle that took me to places beyond its service because I am new to the country. I just couldn't thank him enough. Two professional drivers, Mr Chris and Ms Kassidy are very friendly, of which their services are rated A+++. Kitchen staff served good meals with well manner. House keepers couldn't speak well English but did their best to understand my request. Complimentary Ice maker and cold drink at reception helped to cool me down in one of the hottest days in Little Rock. Overall, my stay were very absolutely enjoyable.

Breakfast was a hot one, with a pancake maker, biscuits and gravy, bacon, scrambled eggs, cereal, and pastries. Staff was very nice.

Getting to the hotel was an adventure because if you miss your turn, GPS will take you to the ER. The hotel is in one of the brick buildings that make up the hospital complex, and there is only one tiny road (with a tiny sign) to turn in to it. Also, know that most of the rooms were built with wheelchair accessibility in mind, so the sinks and toilet are very low. Walls were rather thin, but this was an issue I had at every other hotel so YMMV. I also didn't realize the ambulances would be very audible since it's so close to the ER.

The property was very convenient to the medical center we were visiting. They offered a courtesy shuttle if you needed a ride to any nearby facility. The staff was excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The property was clean and well maintained. Perfect location and price to meet our needs. We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast, also. Very tasty! There were lots of other options for dining and shopping within walking distance or to use the complimentary shuttle (if you preferred not to drive).

Parking was a challenge due to the very narrow entry into the parking lot. Once we were parked, there was adequate space and good lighting at night. The rooms were dated, with no charging stations and limited plugs (bring your charger blocks 😊).

I stayed here rather than other hotels in the area because the staff was very attentive to my needs and they provided a shuttle to the hospital early in the morning (for my spine surgery). I got a good nights sleep here! The hotel fully met my needs and expectations, this being the first time I stayed here. I would be happy to stay here again. I have no reservation for recommending to family or friends.

I had no issues or concerns for my stay.

The breakfast was really good. We woke up later than we wanted, so we missed some of the breakfast items. The beds were very comfortable. The suite was huge, like a small apartment. Compared to what I have stayed in before, it was exceptional. Friendly staff. Ease of transferring our things to room and back was amazing. We will be probably be staying again in the future.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

The staff was friendly, the rooms clean and it was quiet, the hotel is old and could use an update but the bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. I only stayed 2 nights, the free laundry service was nice

The Free breakfast could use a little more variety, like oatmeal, pastries perhaps toaster pancakes or waffles. However the Coffee was very good.

The room had everything we needed, plenty of pillows, very clean, great breakfast, very comfortable beds, and well-kept property.

The only turn in can be tricky if coming from University Ave. The steep hill and curve of the road make it slightly dangerous if you have to stop suddenly. Cars come around the corner swiftly, and you can't see them until they are right on top of you. If your car rolls on inclines when stopped, you risk rolling backward. I'd recommend entering from the northern side of St. Vincent Cir.

Location to the hospitals was great. A little outdated hotel, but was good enough, clean and safe. Don’t try to update the rooms much, because that will raise the price too much for families with sick family members in the hospital, it’ll be too expensive for them to stay close by at a reasonable price.
