The staff was friendly, the hotel and our room were very clean, and a lot of options were available at the continental breakfast.

It took almost an hour to get our car from the valet. He was doing a great job, but there was only one valet when people were checking out in the morning. It seemed like there should have at least been two. The manager did come out and help towards the end of our wait, which was great to see. We just felt for the young man who was trying to get cars, deal with impatient people, etc. There were also vehicles parked in the car drop off area that shouldn't have been there. Again, a lot for one person to manage.

When we arrived, our room smelled awful! It smelled like a chimney bc whoever stayed in that room before us smoked & that smell was embedded everywhere. Although the hotel is nonsmoking, the front desk staff apologized & immediately got us into a different room. The accommodations were good from there. Quiet, not noisy so we were well rested. No doors slamming late at night or early in the morning waking us up or interrupting sleep. Beds were clean & comfortable. Bathroom was spacious & plenty of linens. Breakfast was very good & clean & staff was kind & accommodating.

Carpet was stained in the room & dingy. Someone’s nose ring was still on the floor from a previous visit. Not a fan of paying extra to have to park, but appreciative there was a place.

The attitude of the staff was wonderful, especially Clara, in the kitchen that was scrambling eggs and frying potatoes for a college soccer team. Breakfast went offwithout a shortage of any item. Good problem solving and customer service! Walking distance to great restaurants (we recommend Dizzy’s) and the Clinton Library - a must see.

Check in was difficult. Only about 3 spots in front of hotel for check in & loading / unloading luggage. Parking garage 2-3 blocks away. Needed to circle block several times due to inconsiderate guests that took (2) spaces, etc. would benefit from valet staff to keep things moving.

The rooms are a great size. Great extras supplied in the bathroom. Parking was handy with a easy route to the hotel. The breakfast was great. Clara the cook was super helpful!

Getting into the parking garage to begin with was a slight effort, having to collect a parking pass from reception to then enter the garage.

The breakfast was good. The location was perfect. However I requested joining rooms or nextdoor rooms but they gave us rooms across from each other. I have a grandson with autism so having conjoined rooms gives him more room to express himself. He is nonverbal and doesn't like being confined to a small area.

I didn't like were weren't able to get the joining rooms!

The staff when I arrived was wonderfully professional. I am not usually a fan of any of the Hilton hotels, but this one has started to change my mind. The breakfast that was provided was phenomenal. It was worth the stay just for that alone. This was by far the best complimentary continental breakfast I have ever had a hotel.

Parking was interesting to say the least. It was recommended that I park at a meter across the street as meters are free on nights and weekends.

The parking was a little inconvenient. You had to park on the street to check in, then drive around the block to park in a gated garage (which was an extra cost). You had to lug your baggage through the garage and a maze of sidewalks back to the hotel. A bit of an adventure at night!

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff ok. I found the bathtub a bit treacherous for taking a shower - a bath at or friction strips would be helpful. I tend to consistently expect a little more from Hampton In and the Little Rock location was pretty average.

The location was good, walking distance to the places we wanted to see. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a nice view, Breakfast was good and they had lots of variety overall we had a nice two nights.

We booked a room with four adults and when we get to the room they only provided three towel sets. They only wanted to service your room every four days. well we were only staying two nights. We ended up going to the front desk for a towel and a roll of toilet paper which if they serviced your room would have been done already.

When we got there, the lady at the desk, Erika, was so nice. She assured we got our room and had given us details about the hotel's accommodations, as well as, informed us of the places that may suit us within walking distance from the hotel. We had an awesome stay because of her recommendations.
