The hotel was comfortable, spacious, clean, pet friendly, and food was good. When I booked, I thought I was booking at the location across from the airport as my kids had very early flights. But it turned out to be only a few minutes away and the facility, especially our room, was so great I was happy to have made the mistake. Front door auto locks at night. I appreciate the added security, but was not aware. Staff let me in without problem as they had seen my kids and I leaving for the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking entrance had me slightly confused for a moment but was not a problem. The entrance looks like a back street exit. I was easily able to turn around and get in. Will be staying wherever we stay in LR again.

Bigger entrance sign? I thought it was an exit to a back or side street. Once I realized it was the entrance I turned around without problem tho

Friendly desk staff

We had a two night stay, paid when checking in. Our room wasn’t serviced during our stay, which was ok but we ran out of toilet paper, we only had a 1/2 roll to begin with and no extra roll. Front desk was helpful and when we requested additional gave it to us. About 8 pm there was knocking on our door. Someone was attempting to get into our room. When told the room was occupied, they left. Front desk called. We told them we had were here and had paid for two nights. Went down to the front desk with receipt and card keys. Front desk had us as “no shows”. Staff was very nice & rekeyed our cards. No further trouble. Just odd experience.

The full hot breakfast made up for anything that annoyed me, such as the 100 dollar incidental fee that got sprang on me. When I paid 99 dollars for the room itself, that's quite high. Besides that, the lady, Monica, at breakfast was very attentive, and the lady who checked us out was super awesome. I forgot her name, but she is a little lady with an awesome smile. The location was not far from my doctor's appointment. Easy access to the interstate, yet quiet. The sheets, pillows, and comforter were soooo comfy!! Everything was extremely clean... 5 stars to their housekeeping staff!!

The high incidental fee. There's not a steam vent in the bathroom, but that's not anything they can help.

This stay was a treat! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were perfectly cleaned! We got there a little early for check in and it was a really busy weekend so we were unskilled to check in but the staff were extremely helpful with some suggestions for places to go while we waited even providing a map of the area with dining, sights to see and shopping. We went to one of the resturants they had on their map and it was excellent! Breakfast was wonderful with a great variety and they even had a shuttle that took you anywhere in the downtown area and would come back to get you as soon as you were ready to come back! A great savings as parking downtown was at least $3 a hour! Would stay again and again.

Only issue was that the ice machine on our floor was out of order but there were plenty available on the other floors

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and quiet. There were plenty of places to plug in devices. Both USB and pronged outlets were available. The beds were comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. A hot breakfast was available. There was a mini waffle maker along with sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal, fruit, bagels, and muffins. One of the kitchen staff was diligently working to keep the breakfast area clean and well stocked.

All very good on the hotel side.

That said, cleaning crew should really look for hairs in bath tub , there was hair from previous guys still in bath tub. Can always happen, and I don’t make a big deal out of that, but perhaps stress it a bit. Breakfast I found was not very good. But I’m also not the typical customer when it comes to food (overall I eat quite well, unfortunately when on trips many times not that good). But I’m also aware that this is the standard for any hotel in this price range, so I don’t really have that much of a reason to complain.

Amazing front desk staff! Super nice suites highly recommend. I messed up on booking and instead of saying “sorry” like some do, Monica, the front desk lady, went above and beyond to help get the problem solved. I can’t thank Monica enough for feeling like she wants to truly make her guests happy ! I’ll be back, it’s super close to airport great location.

The entrance, is so close to the turn to get in there it’s kinda dangerous when cars turn in and you’re walking out.

We got stuck in traffic jams and needed to find somewhere to stay overnight. We had to search for and book the hotel while at a gas station. We did not arrive until nearly 3am, but they kindly arranged for late checkout so we could relax longer. The room was clean and very spacious. Beds were comfy and breakfast was a wonderful surprise and exceeded our expectations.

The construction around the building made it tricky to find the entrance and parking was a bit tight for our Uhaul truck.

Our room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable. Even though the Hotel is located near a busy Interstate, the room was very quiet. Great location for the sightseeing we wanted to do. Breakfast was very good. Free and convenient parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they made sure we had everything we needed.

When we wanted to stay an additional night, the rate for the room was considerably higher than the previous night.

The hotel has a nice size, clean lobby. The bar is great. The free shuttle was very convenient and saved us money on an Uber. There were two restaurants we visited and walked to because of their location to the hotel. The check in staff was nice as well.

The beds weren't super comfortable, and the pillows were very flat. We forgot our own pillows, so that was a disappointment. It seemed just a little sketch at night time with the abandoned buildings across from the hotel, but nothing the hotel can do about that. My biggest problem, though, was breakfast. We were told hot breakfast was from 7-10. We go down at 9:30, and the guy is already taking things back into the kitchen. He had already completely broken down the waffle maker and took it back. The gravy was absolutely disgusting. Actually, the majority of the hot food was. We ended up throwing what food we got away and went somewhere else and paid for breakfast.
