How conveniently located the property was to Baptist Hospital! How if l had went straight to the facility and booked l would have received a discount because my loved one was in the hospital. I wasn't offered this through Booking.com.

That booking.com charged more to book through them. They charged $75 more that the facility would have charged.This is twice lve paid $75 more than l should have. I will always go to the facility and find out their prices before booking with a third party. Im disappointed in booking.com.

I had a nice quiet place to rest during my week long vacation. The facility is really smoke free. I love that my room was not only clean but truly smoke free. Every staff member I came in contact with we top notch. The breakfast is very good. The location was central everything in Little Rock. I highly recommend this location and would stay again.

I really have nothing to complain about. Unfortunately when I was ready to leave the elevator was out of service. I had to take the stairs a couple times to load my vehicle. Not a big deal.

Friendly front desk staff. Parking. Restaurants nearby on same street. Location. Exceptionally Clean.

Same menu for breakfast every morning. (Note: Only matters if you stay more than one night.) If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on the east facing the front of the motel. The music from Twin Peaks can be annoying at times. As also can the noise from some of the cars and trucks in the restaurant parking lot.

This had to be the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. It was in a great location. The personnel was efficient and friendly. The owner even approached me at breakfast, introduced himself, and inquired how my stay was. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Little Rock. I rate this hotel a 10, ten being the best.

I loved how updated and clean it was. They offered complimentary breakfast with check in. I absolutely loved that the rooms DID NOT have carpet!! That was the icing on the cake. No old smoke smells and the air quality was top tier. I loved the pool and the friendly staff. Plus, It’s right next to a few restaurants with good food. I’ll definitely be booking again!

I loved the property!

Room was clean, bed was terrific, pillows wonderful. Supplies in bathroom were a little scarce for a 4 day stay. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious.

Twin Peaks had considerable noise with music and patrons yelling, getting into disagreements, etc. Wish bathroom had option of light, light with fan. Eggs at breakfast seemed to have green tint in some clumps??

Absolutely loved the interior designs and the positivity given from the desk clerk! Location is easy to get in and out of also when we entered the room the A/C was a a comfortable 62 degrees which is my kind of temperature! We had a peaceful sleep that was quite and on the 3rd floor with elevator, Parking lot felt safe and secure

The indoor pool is still under reconstruction as well as a lot of the facility but despite these minor set backs everything was ok however breakfast was a little smaller and some of the channels were a bit old I guess

The staff was wonderful. They we're there anytime we needed anything we asked for. The rooms we're very clean, comfortable and relaxing. The hotel was in a decent and safe location. We will be back.

At this time I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

The breakfast was amazing my bed was super comfortable and it was quite and peaceful. The staff was amazing and the front desk gentleman who work in the morning was very helpful with helping me understand my bill and when money would be returned and the money came when he said it would I truly enjoyed my stay!!

The only thing that was a let down was the smart t.v not connected to Wi-Fi but because the room was newly renovated the tv was New so they hadn't hook it up yet nevertheless a little uncomfortably,but overall an amazing stay I will return!!

The facility has been recently upgraded. Jimmy with the staff was incredible. His manager was awesome as well. We had a problem with our a/c and they accommodated us by moving us into a suite room. Definitely worth the stay!
