The breakfast was great! It was fully stocked even when we arrived later in the morning. Everything was delicious! Staff was very helpful and friendly when I had to move my reservation to a new night super last minute. Our room was spacious and beautiful and clean and comfortable! The neighborhood is very safe! I’m moving to Little Rock and traveled with all my belongings. It made me nervous to leave my stuff in my car overnight but after arriving, I wasn’t nervous at all, this area is very nice and safe! Being a hotel not dog friendly, they were very respectful of my service dog which was very appreciated!

Got the room with the rolling shower this time for my disabled husband. He enjoyed it very much . I had a problem with my reservation that was my fault and Evan fixed it really quick over the phone. It is always such a pleasure to deal with Evan. I had no problem checking in. America remembered my name from last time and that's a nice touch

The room was much smaller than a normal handicap room. It would be hard for someone in a wheelchair to get around in it you could tell the walls were beat up from people running into it with their wheelchair

We were comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I am very pleased with our decision to come here.

The shower was difficult to navigate my husband's wheelchair into. It did make it into the shower. He just had to have a lot of help. The bed was taller, but my husband made a great effort and got up the slide board onto the bed. He slept like a baby! He was so comfortable. Thank you!

We loved the beds, the staff that welcomed us was phenomenal, our housekeeper Ms. Hernandez was exceptional. Thank you she was right on time. The man who welcomed us in could have been a little more friendly, but hey. Over all the night, attendee was there she was great even Saturday her energy was very welcoming and she did not disappoint. My apologies for no names. But we were moving so fast, it completely slipped my mind to write them down.

The light in our bathroom flickered when it felt any vibration, such as a door shut or if you bumped the wall. The light would flicker. The rear exit door did not lock, nor was it secure the entire time we were there. The tree on the walkway was so overgrown that we had to walk all the way around it, making you walk in the mud because the ground was wet. These were just small things the hotel could do up keep on to make it more secure and efficient for the guests. Other than that, it was a great stay for the price, location. The pool entertainment area was clean, and the toddler area did not work. But all else was okay.

I loved the breakfast and I loved the bed.

Cold pool water from heater not working and the sprinklers weren’t working. Elevator had lots of glitches kept answering the elevator call mid ride. Also has nothing to do with hotel but unsupervised kids and smell of marijuana was all throughout the hotel

Good selection it was in the lobby coffee was hot area was kept clean all food tasted wonderful and Carol from the front desk was supremely friendly

I know it's early season pool was not heated and splash pad did not work that was the only boo

The initial check in was uncomfortable. The guy seemed upset that I requested to see the room first before completing the reservation. After we were able to get past this moment everything was great and all other staff members were awesome. I will definitely use this hotel again when I visit my grand kids.

The staff was very friendly room was clean and the location was great had lots of food places around an was only about 5-6 miles from Bass pro , movie theater and the outlet mall

the disabled room was very nice and very comfortable great for my husband who was having back surgery at UAMS. the location is great if you have business at any of the hospitals near UAMS

Very nice room. It was close to restaurants and a Walmart. The staff were nice and breakfast was good .
