Paid for the convenience of not having to drive once we got here. Also wanted a 2nd bed because futon bed here means sleeping on the floor on a thin cushion. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the luge run, the bowling, and arcade. It's not crowded here during the summer and made for a nice get away in the mountains. Most of the staff on the luge run were friendly and fun. They managed to find a phone that slipped from the pocket! The staff at the bowling alley were also friendly and helpful. Staff at the water park were also helpful, showing us the price first before charging us to make sure we still wanted to go in when there was only an hour left before closing.

There should've been a kitchen towel or paper towels. Also a dish sponge to wash cups would've been useful. The luge run was expensive, especially if there are going to be monitors scolding you about slowing down. There should have been better separation between families with little kids and everyone else on the luge. The entry fee at the water park was also high; too bad there was no option for 1 hour stays for those who just want to cool off.

It snowed heavily when we stayed there, which made it ideal for winter activities. The room was spacious and we were lucky enough to have a very pretty view of the slopes from our room.

It would have been nice to be provided with bath towels. There were no bath towels in our room when we checked in. We asked from the housekeeping staff if we could have bath towels but were provided with hand towels instead. I am not sure if that is the hotel policy, or at least I don't remember reading anything about it.

The room was located in the Blue condo, which is in the same building as the ski/snowboard rental and lesson office. Literally ski in/out. Impressive view of the slopes and two busy runs with the Sky Standard room. Room was clean. Loved the heated floors-- and that heat can be turned off. Liked the small window that could be opened for fresh air. Good water pressure in the shower. Reception desk was helpful and friendly, after you pull a ticket and wait. Dinners at the Ski House Lodge both nights were tasty and quick.

Got the breakfast or lunch package but there were so many people that we had to wait 30+ minutes to get a table. Gave up trying to go to lunch the second day. I don't recommend getting the breakfast/lunch package. Could have used a couple more towels in the bathroom, and a couple dish towels in the kitchen area would've been nice too.

It is a Well run ski resort. I got a package on booking which included skit rental, water park and some meals and drinks coupon. It was very pleasant from checking in to ski rental and water park. Everything was smoothly ran. Room is new so it's really nice. We had one of most enjoyable pasta at the Cafe at hotel lobby and we went back for more. Other restaurants and ski house food were also very decent.

The Sky Blue rooms we booked seemed to be recently renovated - the 'sky standard' room was spacious and well appointerd. the view over the ski slopes, and the ability to 'ski in, ski out' was fantastic

It was very unclear from the listing what was included in the 'package' i booked... but I took a leap of faith and thankfully was satisfied with the package's value for money. It was also very unclear about which part of the resort you were booking in, as there are 3 different buildings / facilities

The room was spacious and very beautiful especially the bunk beds. my kids were excited when they saw the room and the view from the balcony. Beds are very comfortable and bathroom was super clean we were glad that there was two bathrooms and ample space to walk . the kitchenette is small but sufficient.

there is food odour likely from past hotel guests.

Loved our room in the Blue building. So great with a toddler, was very happy with it. Loved the breakfast buffet at Ondo, the food, the view and the staff made it so lovely every morning. Snow village and the Blue canyon were great and liked most of the restaurants at the village. Would love to revisit.

The staff at the rental shop were rude but other than that everyone was nice.

The view was great and the room was super spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 adults and 1 baby. Front desk staff was great, and they helped us to book the taxi. Not every staff can speak English but they try their best. I love that the resort was very big and had many food options and convenience stores.

I just wished there was a baby cot, and bigger bath towels provided, and daily housekeeping or spare trashbags so we can change our trash. It was also very hard to communicate with the hotel prior via email as they don't really reply quickly.

Good family apartment. Good location and very good for skiing

The nearby restaurants all close at 9pm. No bars or similar facilities for socialising.

The ideal place for a winter/skiing holiday nearby the ski slopes of the Phoenix resort. CU and bakery within the premises offer a good deal of consumption and travelling items. The floor and room we stayed in this time was nicely re-decorated in a stylish manner with good room comfort.

Too little elevators for such a big hotel/resort facility ending up in long waiting time, especially at the check in/check-out hours.
