The breakfast was amazing, so much choice. Location very central in the town. Communicated very well via What's App to arrange an automated check in.

We were not given the room we booked. Instead we were in an annexe with no balcony, giving us limited natural light and no outdoor space. There was a family group in the main area who treated it like their appartement, so we didn't feel we could sit in the lounge/verandah. It also limited our ability to make hot drinks for ourselves as although there was a kettle (there was only one cup) in the hallway of the annexe. Although we were given a price reduction, it did not compensate for a lower standard of room. We also were not informed of the change in communications on the day, so we only found out when we arrived on automated check-in. Although they state English is spoken, it is using a phone translator app.

This is a very special place! It was like stepping into a little fairytale… The decor was like a little French bistro . Stefania and Francesca were lovely and accommodating. Check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It was clean and well organized. The breakfast had many tasty options. This was a last-minute find and I was very lucky to spend 3 nights in this magical place!

Everything was perfect.

The breakfast was great. I only wish I would have had the opportunity to enjoy it more. We were visiting family, so you know…they want you to eat with them. I also really appreciated the friendly staff who were very easy to communicate with and kind. Lastly, the easy access to parking was a great feature in a city busy like Cosenza.

The only thing that we didn’t like is that we found it a little bit confusing when we first arrived. We weren’t sure which door to enter, how to get in, etc.

Stefania was lovely. We do speak Italian, so communication was not a problem. The place is tastefully decorated, warm and inviting. The bathroom has a great shower and bidet. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. The breakfast was delicious, abundant and there is something for everyone! Epoca Home is located on a pedestrian only street, so it’s important that you figure out parking before arriving. Just know that you will be driving down into underground parking and then you can take the stairs or elevator up to the street where Epoca Home is a very short walk from the secured underground parking structure.

A centrally located stay. Breakfast was available from 0830 and had a great variety of self serve options. Parking was easy to get into, set your navigation to the entrance of Parcheggio Quick Piazza Bilotti. Take the ticket at the parking and the hotel will sell you another ticket at a reduced cost to park there 24 hours. Before you return to your car and exit you need to insert the first ticket you received when entering, then insert the ticket you bought at the hotel, you will get a valid exit ticket in return. There's a nice balcony and shared areas to use.

The rooms are small, and the corners of the bed hurt a lot when you hit your knee on them, which you will.

Absolutely beautiful B&B. Stephania and Marta have thought of every detail to make the stay so personal and comfortable. The bed is heavenly and breakfast is above and beyond. The location is good as it's in the heart of town.

Not a lot to do or see without going some distance but it's a great spot to unwind. Shops close midday and reopen after 5 pm. Excellent prices for local shopping.

Although the building itself was very stark, Epoca Home was lovely. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was so helpful and welcoming! The location was great - right in central Cosenza with secure parking nearby. It was a lovely stop over on our road trip and we enjoyed it very much! Would recommend.

The building itself is not necessarily well maintained and gives a dubious first impression. But that has nothing to do with Epoca Home or their wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Location was in heart of main street, Cosenza. Price was very good. Bed was super comfy. Room was just big enough, spotless with a big tv. Subsided secure parking 100 feet away. Breakfast was self serve continental.

I can't fault it for the money.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect near the center of the city. The common area of the place is beautifully decorated. The room was clean and very comfortable, as well as having a minifridge and balcony access. The private bathroom was also clean and well stocked with travel essentials. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a large range of options as well as a nice coffee machine. The price is also amazing. If I return to Cosenza I will look to stay here again.

The lovely comfy bed, the balcony area and the general quirkiness. Very nicely decorated. Breakfast was super too.

Nothing really. It was all lovely. We had a 12.30 train and it would have been a nice option to leave our bags for two hours and go for a walk or something. Cosenza station’s a pretty bleak place to wait around.
