The hotel fullfilled all of the expectations we had (after reading all of the recent reviews here on booking). We stayed for 5 nights after the beginning of October. Nice and clean hotel and rooms, beds with mattresses in great shape, no noise from neighboring rooms (although the hotel was pretty full), friendly staff, large balcony, aircondition and a great breeze through the glass doors directly from the ocean. Wonderful location directly on the water with great views. Private beach, pretty and slightly heated pool with a nice pool area. Located in a cute little town with several restaurants. New fitness room with a view (but more stylish and less practical equipment). Nice patio for breakfast. We didn’t try the restaurant and bar (not sure if these were even open, which also means that it was nice and quiet at night).

Minor points: The bathrooms - while clean and fully functional (hot water, good water pressure) - could use some small repairs. Breakfast for 16 Euros per person is pretty pricey (nice breakfast, but not a huge selection). As almost all hotels: too few hooks on the wall for hanging hiking and swimming clothes (but a large closet with a safe, several chairs on the balcony to use for hanging up/drying clothes).

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel, and it was our favorite of our trip around southern Corsica. The room was large and comfortable with a small patio with seating facing the pool and sea. The pool was nice and you could pick up towels to use from the reception. There is also laundry onsite (if you ask for the key at the front desk), which was reasonably priced given it includes laundry soap and the cycle times were quite long (even for the dryer!!). There is a small beach next to the hotel. The location was also nice - there is an onsite restaurant which we did not try, but it is walking distance to several other options on very walkable roads with sidewalks.

The WiFi did not work very well (kept disconnecting from my phone and the signal was very weak in the room).

We LOVED how easy it was to get to our room with the luggage. Check in was easy. It was a GORGEOUS property terraced on a small but beautiful boulder strewn beach. Good a/c.

This was hard…..the hotel is so great but the restaurant is horrendous. I felt sorry for our waiter who we tipped anyway as it wasn’t his fault. Both our dinners were appalling, like inedible and both got sent back. So tough you couldn’t even chew it. We ordered two drinks prior and they never arrived. The waitress didn’t even remember taking our order! Then my wife got hit in the end with a waiter carrying a tray! Never even acknowledged hitting her head! Overhead lights kept blinking in spite of our waiter trying to screw and switch the bulbs out. The restaurant staff need to be removed and start over from scratch.

The location was great. The room was very clean. The hotel has a very nice beach front restaurant. Also has a very private beach. The best part of the hotel was the staff. We had a small issue with the room A/C. When I went to the reception to inform them, the receptionist was leaving for the day. When I asked for assistance, Melanie didn't hesitate to stay past her working hours to make sure we were comfortable and the situation was resolved. We really appreciate her attentiveness and caring. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This place is just amazing. We chose Corsica to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and in particular Abbartello for our celebrations & could not have chosen better. The location, the room, the pool, all fantastic. The restaurant is set with the most stunning view to eat from their delicious menu. And the staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate our special day. I really hope to come back to this beautiful island one day, and Abbartello too.

- Very good location besides sea - Restaurant very good (could be a bit cheaper, but it's ok) - Hotel and restaurant personel very friendly (especially restaurant personal is very good) - Restaurant switches to bar mode after dinner, we liked that

- On last day of our stay, there was an organization of a playing club which used complete parking place. So we had to bring our car to opposite site of hotel area (maybe belongs to same people as hotel, I don't know). This was very strange. The organization lasted until midnight - When we were outside the room, we had to take our room card with us, so there was no electricity in the room (as at many hotels). But also the minibar didn't cool, so it was a bit weird.

Location is great. Direct access to the beach. Fitness room is really cool with beautiful machines. The restaurant location is amazing with the seaview, the colors and the furnitures look gorgeous. The swimingpool is really nice with theseaview!! Great atmosphère

The coridor is a bit dark and it is sometimes hard to find your way or the light. They should put some automatic lightning when customers walk in the corridorsto access rooms

Looks like a US motel when you drive in but do not judge the book by its cover. Inside, the rooms are beautifully appointed and overlook the sea and pool. The beach is surrounded by rocks and quite private. The restaurant was excellent and booking seems sensible.

Check in staff are not the friendliest but very efficient. The bathroom has a bath but the shower head fitting is at hip height which seems odd. We are not huge eaters so going down the road for a coffee and croissant at breakfast time was a lot cheaper.

Couldn't understand why it's a 3 * hotel and not a 4. Tremendous facilities and rooms, with very friendly staff that make you feel extremely welcome. We are desperately hoping that we can come back to Corsica very soon!

I loved the location, just in between 2 small beaches. The modern architecture of the hotel was very nice and enjoyable. Ample parking just in front. The hotel has a very recommendable restaurant including an adjoining pizzeria with a real stone oven. - Very quiet as all rooms are situated towards the sea.

The balcony was nice but lacked intimacy as a small walking path leads by just in front of it.
