Room was very quiet with a lovely view of the cornfields. Mattress was firm without being hard. Shower pressure was strong. There was a microwave. There were two TV's in the suite. Lucas was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Always enjoy having waffles available for breakfast.

Pillows were terrible! They were much too big. We couldn't get comfortable which ruined our sleep. Food had been left in the fridge. Shower temperature could become too hot if you weren't careful adjusting it. There should be a hold on bar on the inside of the shower. Some breakfast items were cold.

We stay here once a year when we visit my daughter. The only thing that is hard is the beds. Other than that we always enjoy the stay. The pool was closed for renovation which was disappointing but they will have an amazing upgrade when it is done.

The food was not to the normal standard but we spoke to the manager and let him know. He was kind, courteous and wonderful. All the staff did a great job and it was so clean everywhere.

Suite was spacious, clean, quiet, and well air conditioned--very comfortable! Bathroom was very nice--sparkling clean with plenty of towels and toilet paper. Shower was excellent. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was terrible! Very little food was offered and hot dishes were cold. Waffle maker was broken. When we asked for bread, the attendant gave us 2 pieces and then quickly disappeared for the remainder of the hour. We had arrived at 9:10: breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:00. Food and staff were gone by 9:30.

Room was spacious for 1 person, comfortable & clean.

Would have liked to see staff at the front counter more frequently coming in and going out. Often there was no staff employee standing behind the counter. It’s a sense of security knowing there is someone there for questions or emergency.

Really enjoy staying here. They have a pretty good breakfast (although I was missing the biscuits and gravy this time!) and staff is very friendly. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Dixon.

Breakfast was ample and delicious; Lisa is a great manager. Room was big and comfortable, AC worked perfectly, bed was firm the way I like it, TV was fine (there were 2 of them in the suite), and shower was easy to use with good water temperature and pressure.

Lighting for reading in bed was too dim, pillows were bizarre and uncomfortable, toiletries were minimal. Slippers would have been helpful. Also, although the staff is very nice, they forgot to give us the wake-up call we had requested.

Waffles were good. There needs to be an option of two queen beds that have rooms that have the other amenities such as microwave and refrigerator. The sofa bed and the regular beds are not comfy. But we did like the room.

The food was not very high-quality. The eggs were like powder, sausages were full of grease, yogurt was not good. There needs to be two waffle makers in a different area so that you don’t have one long line of waffle people and people that are trying to fill their plate with the food that you were blocking. Breakfast area needs an update and to change the flow of traffic.There needs to be an option of two queen beds that have rooms that have the other amenities such as microwave and refrigerator. bathtub was stop up, house keeping knocked on my door twice after I told I don’t check until 12:00. supervisor did not put on my paper that I was staying till 12 o’clock and the lady that check you in call my room and asked me what time was I leaving and I told her that I have a late check out which she did apologize.

This hotel was clean. We slept well. Thanks to Bianca for supplying us with an extra blanket and pillow. We liked the overall design inside the hotel. Historical decorations and exhibits were very interesting. We definitely will stay again if in the area! Thank you!
