Breakfast was wonderful with a great variety. Everything is clean and well stocked. Karen is a very dedicated hard worker and does a very efficient job serving her guests. Every single employee (8) that I encountered was super friendly including the General Manager who I had the pleasure of meeting. I will be back when I return to the area!!!!! The GM engages her employees in monthly crafting “contests” and guests may vote daily on their favorite. Rooms were very comfortable. Beds and bedding were great. Lighting in the bathroom is bright! Really clean room. Room darkening shades. Perfect!!!!

It was nearly perfect and I’m very picky! There were a lot of nice touches that I don’t see in other high end hotel brands. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like!

The breakfast was good. However. No breakfast on Sunday morning. As employee did not show up. I think the hotel. Could still provide a breakfsst.even without hot meal. Open the fridge to get milk for ceral.a.nd get yogurt. Bread out for toast Oatmeal packets out. As they did provide hot water .and coffee.

Accommodation should been made. Sunday morning. I didn't understand. Why this did not happen. Did the front desk want to say no breakfast. For 3 and half hours Instead of doing something.

Very clean and comfortable. Good parking. Hotel has a lot of open space around it, and the view from my room was great. Looking west out the back of the building, I could see a wonderful sunset over farm fields and the town off in the distance. It made the most of the Illinois landscape! Also ... cookies!

Breakfast was excellent and so much better than the typical you have at most other hotels...and the employee that was hosting the breakfast area was so attentive and friendly!!

We couldn't really complain about anything as it was a very pleasant stay.

The pillows were to soft for our liking. I will bring my own pillow next time. My husband & I both woke up with neck issues.

Suite was roomy, clean, and comfortable. Had control of temperature. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was above normal. There were 6 hot dishes plus a pancake maker and the usual cereals, diary, juice, fruit, & pastries. Quiet location. Friendly staff.

Elevator was creaky. No big deal. Could hear sounds from neighboring room through vent in bathroom. That was odd.

It was very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good and wide variety. convenient to the interstate.

Cable tv was not working and although the front desk clerk said the cable company was called it was never fixed. Hotel I believe was under staffed. The only person on duty was not at front desk when we arrived or when I went down to ask about the tv. She was busy doing laundry and helping other guests.
