The location was perfect. The rooms were very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable!. Lots of snacks to purchase. Although I did not use the pool, it was very clean, it looked very inviting. I stayed in a two queen bed room, which was extremely spacious! Loved the bath and shower combination as I love soaking in a tub after a long Harley ride! Finding most hotels are moving towards showers only. I specifically look for tub combos. Staff very friendly and helpful. I had to hit the road early but did see the breakfast area was extensive. Seemed to have all the good fixings for a free breakfast.

The outer doors for exiting close to my vehicle were not working. Had to go through the main entrance every time I needed something from my vehicle. It might have been due to construction. They were repaving their main parking lot when I was there.

The location was convenient to the activity that I was there participating in. The facility was clean and well kept. The bed was super comfortable. The included breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious.

The hotel charged my card for the full amount the day before I checked in, which I didn't mind, but when I arrived the next day, the hotel charged my card again for the full amount saying it would drop off 3-4 days after I checked out. I understand holding an amount for incidentals, but not the entire cost of the room. This is holding up my funds that I'm not happy about. When I approached the desk, the clerk was yelling and cussing to someone on the phone which was not very professional for guest to hear.

The room was comfortable, very clean and well organized. It had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with pods. There are many restaurants nearby so the location met my needs.

The staff members were not welcoming and were dismissive when I called to report that the WiFi wasn't working. There was an issue that needed to be resolved by a network administrator. The breakfast was minimal. It would have been helpful if a sign had indicated that the hairdryer was stored in a drawer in the room.

Breakfast was great. They had scamble eggs, bacon, gravy and biscuits. Also, more of an assortment of cereal, fruit, milk, juice, bagels, and more. Mary, at the front desk was very helpful and thoughtful. Especially when I told her our situation of our pipe bursting underneath our home, and we have no air conditioner, due to getting repairs done. This was very peaceful, cool and comforting place to stay. This place felt like home away from home. Thank you very much everyone at Best Western Inn in Sycamore, IL.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located with many restaurant and eating options nearby (and a TX Roadhouse just across the highway). The bed was very comfy, the room quiet and big. The windows even had bug screens and we had it open all night… Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was all-right. Very clean hotel, nice pool, too.

I really love the blinds! that was pretty cool! Room was clean and nice! The staff was very nice too.

The shower water could be warmer and the lighting in the bathroom a big brighter. I was also a bit cold throughout the night. It still was a very nice places. I will stay again.

My wife and I booked this stay because after booking at another nearby "motel", I read their reviews and they were awful! So, I scrambled and found this one and we were both SO happy we did! The staff that we encountered were great and the room was clean and comfortable.

We only stayed from about 10 PM until about 10am, so we didn't have any complaints. The hotel is older, but they've renovated recently, it seems.

We got there and the room we got had mold everywhere! I went down and told the front desk lady and she was amazing! Got us a room on the first floor. Took care of everything for us. We will stay again! Very good experience.

Very easy to get to and close to the hospital. The room was clean and enough for our short stay

I was surprised that the floor was not constructed well. Several of the planks were unlevel or just coming up

One of the best free breakfasts i have had at a hotel. Clean room and good mattress and felt lucky i did NOT get a big fat pillow. The checking was easy and quick.
