Each time upon walking into the front door, I was very nicely greeted by the staff. The bed was very comfortable as was the temperature of the room. The refrigerator was working very good and there was a microwave available if we needed it.

The carpet in the bedrooms seemed to be very damp, I’m not sure what that was all about. The housekeeper knocked the next morning, but without even waiting 15 seconds, she barged right in. The second day upon returning to our room the only thing she had done was replaced our dirty towels, the garbage cans were still full and the coffee cups were not replaced. The swimming pool looked very beautiful, but was not available because a child had an accident in it, it was supposed to have been available after 7 PM the next day, but I never did see it open, maybe I missed it or maybe the same child made another accident, lol

It is rare to find a hotel in this category with good service. Usually staff are not cordial or willing to serve. This La Quinta was the exception. Well done good cordial and prompt service. The hotel was in really good conditions. Definitely would come back

The bathroom at 309 had some stains on the floor and shower like from the renovations. Ceiling had some scratches and room entrance wall had bangs and stains prom previous guests. Nothing magic eraser wont take care off. This is overseen by the reet of the hotel and staff.

It was fine. We just needed a layover place to sleep. The hotel was right off the highway. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Things were a bit hectic because it was during the aftermath of hurricane Helene. The room was clean. The attendant was very friendly and helpful when our key didn't work. It turns out it was the battery in the lock, so she had to let us in each time we left our room. She was very patient and apologetic about that.

Just really humid in the building and the room. Otherwise, everything met our expectations.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The temperature was good and the fan blower was steady and soft - good for sleeping (not on and off like many other hotels). The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was good and filling! Check in and checkout were also very easy.

I would have loved to have more fruit options (bananas/oranges/berries) at the breakfast, but loved the apples and apple slicer :). I also would have liked more vegan and tea options for breakfast, but thought you had a nice range of options overall.

Good sized room good value for money. Supermarket, Bar and food outlets within walking distance. Breakfast satisfactory.

Nothing much was very good value for money. . More fruit choices other than just apples would be good. Bananas, oranges ...? Not the hotel's fault but it would be nice if the local council/authority would put in some means of a pedestrian crossing across the highway. The whole area is car focused. We thought we could walk the 10 mins to our meetings. Sadly not the case.

We got an Suite, as upgrade. So had plenty of space. Partly, you got the feeling, to miss some furniture, in order to fell more Comfy, and not so Hotelstyle. Bed was great, Bath was clean, tube was small in compare to the size of the room. Breakfast we didnt try, but was avialable.

It could have be a little more Comfy equipped. The Couch, was complete through.. a lot of empty space in one room, but to place for open the Suitcase... With a bit of Charm and deco, would be a perfect place.

I am old and can't drive at night. When I drive to my daughters in Atlanta, I can't make the trip all at once since I will be driving at night at some point. So, I try to stop halfway. I usually just pick the cheapest place since I am also poor and can't afford to spend a lot. I only want to have a place with a bed that I can sleep in and then get up in the morning and head out. Most of the places have been pretty crummy but the price was right. This hotel was the same price but it was so much nicer. If their prices stay the same I will definitely be stopping here every time.

The room itself was very clean. I did not have any complaints. Other than that, the check-in process was super smooth; I had a last-minute change and the hotel and Booking.com were both very helpful in making it a seamless process. The person who checked me in was super friendly and knowledgeable and informed me of where everything was and when breakfast would be. I would come back and recommend it. Plus, there was a breakfast restaurant within literal walking distance (almost sharing a parking lot), and tons of shops around. With less than a 5-minute drive to the highway, you can't really beat it.

The bathroom was a bit lackluster. The toilet paper was kind of left about as though someone had just been in there. Also, the woman who checked me out seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Sure it wasn't directed at me specifically but it was clear that she either did not like her job or did not want to be there.

I liked the check in process. Room was very clean and comfortable. We didn.t swim so I could not rate the pool.

KEYS: I had difficulty with both of my keys both at the door to our room and the back door. BREAKFAST: Breakfast was very disappointing. You ran out of Coffee and other items. Food was cold and this situation caused many unhappy customers. It would have been better not to even offer Breakfast. I stay at several hotels and this was the worst Breakfast situation that I have ever experienced.

Very comfortable, staff was polite and friendly Front desk staff member Angela, was able to accommodate my needs despite a small hiccup. We were able to work things out together. She was GREAT!!

Usually when I have an overnight stay at this hotel it's very quiet, unfortunately last night it was not but seeing that it was a holiday weekend I kinda understand but still unhappy with the noise
