I was first sceptical due to the multiple reviews I have read in regards to bed bugs in this hotel. I double checked the room before bringing in our luggage. We did not find any bed bugs. Our room was clean and smelled nice. Location is safe and close to restaurants, Walmart etc. We very much enjoyed the hot breakfast!

The swimming pool was not heated, the water was freezing and that was a bummer.

The Front Desk Workers On Night Shift Was So Sweet To My Family And I When We Made It Until We Left. She treated us as if she knew us for years!! It was a whole vibe she baked cookies that night and it was wonderful 💁🏽‍♀️hands down

The specks in the pool made you think you were stepping on something sharp it kept poking my feet like as if the pool needs some work and the bleach in the pool was a mess!!! It was so much bleach not Clorox but bleach, the bleach was burning my kids eyes the second they step foot in the pool room. It messed up my engagement ring, gave me a yeast infection and multiple bumps on my face and neck!! I did not like the pool by far Even though we had it to ourselves. The pool was the worst part for me.

I like that other property was close to everything, it had an indoor pool, it was clean and convenient.

I don’t like that if you reserve a room for 2 people there is only one set of towels in the room you have to call down to get another set they may bring another set up or they may not, never been in a hotel where there is only one set of towels when you check in. Need to get better with that!

Room on first floor, close to an exit! I was able to park close to he exit. I am handicapped so close to an exit was perfect for me. I will rent again soon. What discounts are available to me?

The mattresses could be changed in room I rented. There was no hair dryer in room, I had to get one from front desk. I was charged $30.00 when I checked in and I didn’t see it on my receipt when I checked out. I will be calling when I get my credit card charges. There were no napkins when we has breakfast on Thursday morning. Staff improvised with Kleenex. It worked!! LOL

I like everything about it. I love the snap panel wood floors as opposed to the dirty stain filled carpets at MOST hotels. I loved the concierge. She was sweet, professional, and knowledgeable. I adored the fresh baked cookies and coffee offered to the guests. The full breakfast was amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable and I was overwhelmed by the cleanliness of the entire facility. When in the area, we definitely WILL be staying with you all again, For sure. #ShunTheProducer

I didn't like that the gym that was pictured as part of the package was out of order, and nothing to state that it was out of order was listed on the booking page given from the property. I wasn't advised upon check in either, so I had no way to know that I could not access the gym until after i checked in. The gym was the main reason I chose this hotel over The Hilton in Pearl MS, so I didn't appreciate it being out of order, with no warning that it was inoperable.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The girl who checked is in was so nice and didn't act like we were a bother to her like most staff act when we travel. Exactly what we needed after driving all day and needed a place to rest to drive again all day the next day.

Check in and out was smooth. Hotel was clean.

The air in the room didn't blow very cold. The room had a little musty smell but after a couple puffs of air freshener it was okay. Not enough cable channels.

Convenient and clean they were so close to the best stores and restaurants. Literally in walking distance.

Kept running out of food and floor in one of the rooms was quite slippery.

Country Inn and Suites liked the location where the works were nice

I don't like how my pillows had mole on it and then the next day the same stuff and they don't do anything about it and my grandbaby was in the bed with me

It was fairly priced and the staff was friendly.

They expect you to stay there and only clean the room once and when you ask for towels they treat you as if you're trying to steal them.
