We were very warmly welcomed by Natasha, Dean & Alphonse. They have done a wonderful job renovating their lovely medieval home. It's so authentic, full of character and charm. Our room was lovely, very comfortable & relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, we enjoyed good conversation with our hosts and would recommend Les Deux Arches, if you like authenticity, charm & great value. Thank You Very Much.

We only stayed for 2 nights for a wedding but the B&B was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was an air conditioning unit which we appreciated. Bathroom was also a very good size. The host family were welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was nice; a good selection of breads, pastries, jams, meat and cheese etc. Good location, we took a bus from Carcassone and the B&B was a short walk from the station and also close to local amenities. All in all, five star.

The property is located in half an hour drive from Carcassonne, in a beautiful old town near an abbey. It is an old house, perfectly renovated by the owners. The owners are a very nice family, and were very friendly and welcoming. They speak excellent English, which was very comforting for my children who do not speak French. The room was nice and cozy and very clean, the breakfast was perfect, and we found a parking next to the property door - don't try it if you are not a good driver or have a car bigger than medium size, in this case park in the beginning of the street. The host provided us with a map and instructions, so we found a perfect dining place nearby - The old fountain, don't miss it.

The additional bed was a bit creaky, and the facilities were closed with curtains that became semi-transparent when there is no light in the room the light is lit in the facilities - not the best choice with rather grown-up children. All the rest was very comfortable.

Natascha is an excellent host, attentive, pleasant, and looking out for guest needs. Her B&B is comfortable and it is placed beautifully in the middle of charming Caune.

We did not miss anything

Good location in the middle of the old town and easy to park in the square outside (though the streets are quite narrow to drive there!). Good size room. Clean. Very nice courtyard garden for breakfast.

The toilet and shower are only separated from the room with curtains so not that private but OK for a family.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with anything I needed. They even proposed to give me a ride when I needed. The hotel is nice and cozy. Highly recommend it.

Location was quirky, unusual and really exceptional in an authentic medieval village. What an amazing place and lovely friendly people. A real haven for anyone "arty". Breakfasts were good with a lot of choice and plenty to eat.

great location for a break if one is travelling. Interesting village, plenty of interest close by (good walking, gouffre geant de cabrespine, Carcasonne!). Beautiful B&B, water heater and fridge, stunning value for money, super host.

So comfortable, lots of hot water, lovely and warm in a cold spring. Delicious breakfasts. Our hosts made us feel so welcome.

Nice property in the village core. The owner are lovely and helpful. The bedroom was spacious and quiet. I recommend!
