Despite of location near big road, it is not that noisy in rooms. Though noise isolation is not perfect, as everywhere in Vietnam, so will hear cars, chickens, etc. Location is great - right opposite to Mui Ne Food Cord :) But nearest beach is not suitable for swimming (as anywhere in Mui Ne).

Internet disappeared from time to time. If you just watching Youtube, it is not a problem, but we were working and we need stable internet, so for us it was a problem. Though usually after 5 min internet appeared back. We booked room in this hotel 2 times with interval of 2 weeks and in our 2nd stay internet was quite stable. So, probably it was temporary issue.

Great location across from THE FOOD COURT to have a drink or have a bite to eat. Front desk was extremely helpful and attentive. Love the luggage lift.

The property is centrally located, just steps away from bars and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Unfortunately, we had issues with the hot water during the first two days, but the staff worked to fix it. Special mention to Rose at the reception: she welcomed us warmly despite the late hour and gave us valuable tips on what to see. Professional, helpful, and genuinely customer-focused.

I had a great stay here, the place is located in a cool part of Mui Ne. Especially loved having the food court directly across the street, which was the most convenient thing ever. The room was clean and comfortable and well-equipped. And the reception staff were really sweet and friendly and took care of any issues I had promptly. Def recommend this place

Neat and clean basic hotel , the owner Phuong Lap is extremely nice and helpful at all time , in my case helped me 2 days prior to arrange for bus from Vung Tau to. Mui ne . Very caring after check out also enquired if reached properly . Place is opposite a multiple food outlet which serves almost everything , vegetarian also and a very good vibe . Staff is always eager to help , in spite of communication issues in English .. She the owner speaks excellent English.

The staff is accommodating and the location is really convenient and close to restaurants and beaches.

The room was very clean and smells nice

They didn't clean my room on day 2. There was a smoking person in the other room n I could inhale the smoke. They should have no smokibg rule.

It was a pretty nice stay, it was just across a very nice food court with so much yummy food. Really good location. Good bed.

They use solar panels for the hot water and it ran out when we needed to shower later in the day and in the middle of the day the water was scorthing hot.
