The location is great, easy free parking in the street, nice restaurant. It’s worthy to pay a breakfast, great choice and if it’s nice warm weather, it must be great to enjoy it on the terrace.

I ordered nice Queen room with the balcony, the castle view and with the double bed. Unfortunately, this type of room has no normal double bed with one mattress but 2 single beds next to each other. The receptionist was very nice and gave us the room with normal double bed. Despite of the fact that it was a sort of upgrade, I didn’t like the style of the room and a view so much as previous one. The mattress was not very comfortable and the pillow is too small.

Spacoius, comfortable room with great view. Mini bar soft drinks were complimentary. Excellent breakfast. Dinner in the restaurant - quality, ambiance, choice and service were all good. Common areas in the hotel are nicely decorated. Location: the view is fantastic but there are several steps to reach the town centre. Overall we liked the location. Bouillon is an interesting place. We visited the castle on day of departure. There was more to do than we had time for as we only planned this as a stopover on the way from Germany to UK.

Nothing significant. A towel rail in the bathroom would help. Just note that parking is generally on the street and free.

The hotel was very beautiful! Great common areas and restaurant/bar on site. We had a castle view room which was very nice! The staff was also really friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was expensive and parking was a little unclear. We lucked out with being able to park on the street but in busier times, it could be difficult. The wellness area was also broken which was disappointing as that was a main selling point when we booked (but they did call us the week before to let us know since we had booked a time).

Location with view of castle and city. Staff are friendly. Restaurant is very good - food quality and ambience. Breakfast is great with lots of options. Bar and lounge area is comfortable. Outside terrace with beautiful view. Room was small but functional and nicely decorated. Shower in bathroom was good. Parking is free on a quiet street.

Not much. Perhaps a couple of real Belgian beer options in the bar would be a good improvement.

Nice hotel at the edge of the city centre of Bouillon. Great views of the city, river and castle and comfi bed. Efficient checkin. Only a short walk to all the restaurants (stairs actually :-) We parked across the street (we did not see a hotel parking) free of charge.

Rooms are not sound proof. We could literally hear our neighbours tv program at night. Breakfast is too expensive at Eur 22 pp.

Hotel has a spectacular view of the old castle in Boullion. I wish I knew more about it. The Hotel sits on top of a ridge overlooking Boullion and the Semois River. It has a great terrace which is where I ate dinner. I got there late, but the staff was able to put together a rather nice meal for me. this Hotel is where German General Heinz Guderian stayed the night before the Meuse River Crossings at Sedan on May 13, 1940 which changed world history.

The valley was shrouded in fog the one morning that I was there, so I missed the Panoramic View of that beautiful valley in the daylight. The road up to the hotel is rather steep and windy.

Beautiful hotel , room was huge great facilities in the room and the view was outstanding . Breakfast was exceptional and lots to choose from. Was lovely to have a bath .

It didn't have air con and the room was very hot .

The room was spacious, with a stunning view over the town and castle. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The sound isolation could be better and a little renovation of the facilities could enhance the quality of the room. Dinner was underwhelming for the price, and waiters were quite unresponsive. I wouldn't necessarily recommend dining there.

Room & view was amazing, added bonus was that the night we stayed was Belgium's national day so a treat to see fireworks display too. Terrace, for drinks towards sunset was relaxing too. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Ahh, sadly for us, breakfast was not included in this stay. I would have liked a coffee machine in the room (although some drinks in mini-bar included, which was nice)

Our second stay at this beautiful hotel. At arrival we were informed the hotel changed owners and the chef since our last stay (summer of 2023). But we did not notice it at all in the excellent service, great selection of drinks at the bar and the amazing food! We enjoyed out stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast included all you might wish for in the morning! Bouillon and the region are superb. Definately coming here again for our next visit to the area!
