This is an interesting old house and gardens. The shower was nice and hot with good pressure. The host was nice.

It's difficult to find. The GPS in the French vehicle we rented didn't bring us to the right place. If you have this trouble go down Rue Georges Landais into the country and turn at the cross. It's understandable, but we didn't like it that no food is permitted in the bedroom. The breakfast was below average.

Beautiful 15th century country manor house with lovely gardens. Welcoming host who was happy for us to check-in a couple of hours early. 10-15 minute walk to nearest village of Ahuille.

Everything ! The owners were delightful, the garden and house were beautiful and as for the tapestries that have been created over decades … they are truly incredible! Oh yes, and the stunning wooden staircase as you enter ….

Beautiful old property with a lovely large garden. My room was clean and tidy with views over the grounds.

The setting was fabulous! Gardens beautiful to walk around .

It's a very atmospheric old country house. Easy to find with satnav. The hostess gave me a portion of her family's evening meal (lasagne), with some salad and a dessert, and a bottle of cider, for 20 euros.

Breakfast was rather basic (some rather dry bread, jam, coffee and juice).

The location was just what I like - understated, seemly and the building interesting, especially the C17 staircase. The evening meal was all right, but the breakfast was a little basic, though perfectly good if one hadn't been spoilt in various other chambres-d'hôtes.
