It was very green around, location was nice and quite, the rooms are clean and even have a kitchen built in the room. There is enough parking space and the restaurant has great food! 2 min walk to go into the Loonse Drunense Duinen. Which is fantastic if you are a lover of nature and want to get some fresh air!

There were no slippers for us guests in the rooms (the ones you see in every hotel) and there was no hairdryer or iron in the room. We selected a double bed, which was 2 single beds put together, and this made us fall in between the bed sometimes, which is not comfortable, and there were not enough towels. When these things are added and fixed, it could be a 10 out of 10.

The staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. I made a mistake extending my stay on the Booking.com site and accidentally moved the dates in. The manager contacted me as he was expecting me to check in that day and made arrangements correcting my error outside of the Booking.com system while keeping the same price overal as quoted originally. Also, I accidentally left the default of 2 travellers in the booking (I was traveling alone) and the manager made up the difference in tourist tax! As a result of their automated door keys (linked to the booking system), I was locked out at 10pm on the day I originally was planning to check out. Although the staff was not on the premises, after sending a text to the manager, within 5 minutes someone arrived and provided me a new door key! As a seasoned traveler, I rarely see this level of personal engagement, flexibility and accommodation!

I liked the remoteness of the location, it was super quiet! The bed was very comfortable, the room was spotlessly clean and it was nice having a fridge. The hotel had a restaurant which we didn’t use in the evening as it was very busy, but we had breakfast the following morning before checking out which was lovely. The gentleman who took our order also said if there was something we fancied that wasn’t on menu, they would try their best to accommodate and make it for us.

I didn’t feel very comfortable dragging all of our luggage through a very busy restaurant, and having to go to the bar in the restaurant to check-in. This is the only thing I didn’t like about this hotel, I would definitely stay again!

An amazing place just in the woods of Netherlands. A very relaxing, elegant and comfortable environment with a very warm and welcoming staff. Even though the hotel was not really working during my stay, the staff has done all to make me feel comfortable. I have arrived late in the evening but they were waiting for and even ordered me a dinner. I was really positively surprised and strongly recommend the place.

I loves the cozy and calm location. The hotel is behind the restaurant, easy accessible. I loved the rainshower.

Our room wasn't very warm, the thermostat was set to 21.5 degrees, but the room didn't get that warm. The bathroom did get nice and warm, which was great! The blankets were warm, and 18.5 degrees is good for sleeping, but not for sitting and reading or watching tv. Despite that, I was still very happy with the room.

The room was really clean ,really good installations ,nice and clean open bathroom . Amazing location situated in the middle of the forest ,quiet and peaceful . The staff of the hotel and restaurant was really friendly and good food in the restaurant . I reccomend it!

Beautiful location, peaceful and quiet. Restaurant has a great terrace where my kids were happily running around. Perfect stay after busy day at Efteling. The staff is very friendly.

Woodland setting, peaceful. Clean well presented spacious accommodation, friendly helpful staff. Wood fire, views from the dining room/bar excellent, parking adequate.

The staff, location and food were great....however beware, portion sizes are very generous! Great spot and peaceful

Staffs are absolutely friendly and helpful. Stuffs that forgotten was safety kept and the staff sent whatsap to tell us that we had forgotten immidiately. Hotel is in the forest, very calm and relax.
