Location is top, really close to the castle, the gardens, supermarket, shops and restaurants, everything within a 5 min walk. Nice staff. Free parkinglot with a huge amount of spaces! Rooms are quite big, clean and with a small fridge inside. Breakfast is ok, a bit of everything, cereal, fruits, bread, cheese and more.

No breakfast on Mondays. Reception is not 24h and you get a code to open the doors, for young people it is not a problem, but there were several senior guests who struggled to get inside in the evening. Quite sound proof windows although during weekdays you can hear the trains a bit at night if your window is facing the train-station.

Clean spacious room, near old town and a stone throw from the station - a great location, little downside on noise if opening windows at night. Greatest plus is its most helpful and friendly staff from arrival to departure, including a top breakfast.

Tissues in the bedroom and glasses with a bottle of water would have been nice and glasses in the bathroom. The shower the top one was broken , and no WiFi information fridge noisy.

What a great staff at a hotel with great accommodations. The price and value are amazing, the bed was comfortable and the shower is awesome. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

The location is wonderful! Rooms are so clean and bed is very comfortable. The staff are so kind and friendly and I would go back because of them.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Steps from the bahnhof making travel by train very easy. Electronic key codes made building a room entry easy.

We stayed on the top floor on one of the hottest days of the year - no air conditioning and lack of fans made it uncomfortable.

Breakfast was fairly standard and more than adequate. A nice freshly prepared fruit salad and an omelette were available. The reception staff and breakfast hostess were very pleasant & helpful.

The bathroom was excellent except that the shower had been broken. There was only a hand held shower head available. I only had one huge European pillow which made my neck hurt the first night, but I was given a regular pillow on request.
