Breakfast was outstanding. Staff was helpful. Grounds are beautiful. Evening events were enjoyable. Location in the Upper Galil mountains was amazing. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Check in could have been a bit easier, undlear where to park when the entire hotel turns over and new guests are all arriving. Once we figured it out it was OK, at least we avoided getting a ticket for illegal parking...welcome snacks were very welcome.

Great large roon, comfy bed, very large shower. Staff was so nice, front desk helped with whatever we needed. We booked a couple's massage and it was great. And breakfast was one of the best I had in a hotel. Wish we stayed for dinner as the restaurants around were pricey and not as expected.

The bathrobs didn't fit us :(

This Hotel is very child friendly with lots of programs and good facilities . Location is great with lots of attraction points near by.

Communal facilties in the pool area should be cleaner. Wifi connection is not very strong.

We didn’t like the limited services on Friday evening as the hotel’s website or other materials on site have no indication that religious rules are followed at the hotel. The advertising material are missing clarity on what services are available.

the fact that we didn’t know until last day that we could wander around the kibbutz gardens, used coffee shop etc. Should have been advised on arrival

The hotel is great: renovated, clean, warm (we stayed in February). The food was fabulous: wide range for breakfast and dinner. Indoor pool is clean, the water is warm. It has dressing rooms with showers and clean fresh towels. The view from our rooms and balcony was on the mountain 🤩 Will definitely return here.

we had a wonderful time in Giladi Hotel , they gave us an upgraded room with fantastic view , kind people working in the hotel , terrific breakfast , everything very clean , spa facilities inside , also large outside pool in the garden .

We stayed at a family suite with an amazing view and a small balcony. The rooms are newly refurbished and quite clean. The room was spacious for a couple with 2 kids. The sofa bed could be more comfy, but the master bed was exceptional. We absolutely loved the hotel, the staff was great and helpful.

There was a great variety of food for breakfast, but it could be more tasty. Also take into account that the coffee machine doesn’t work on Shabbat, but you can always get a good cup of coffee at the hotel bar. There was a queue during the check-in, about 20 min if waiting.
