The hotel was beautiful. The lush surroundings with the pine forest, colorful roses and view of the Hermon and Kinneret cannot be surpassed. From the moment we arrived, Nadav, Yotem, Mohammed and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby furniture and architecture made it seem like entering paradise. The room was wonderful with comfortable furniture, plush towels, and a beautiful view. The breakfast was great with lots of salads. This was one of the nicest hotels that we have ever stayed in while in Israel and we will definitely come back. Beth Hindin

The cost for dinner at Friday was quite expensive , and not reflecting the quality of the food which was served .

Location was perfect, within the forest with gardens and flowers all over the place. The hotel itself is beautifully designed. The staff hospitality was exceptional, heartwarming, and treated us beyond any expectations. The room was cozy, the bed was super comfortable.

The jacuzzi in the bedroom was a bit tired and required some maintenance.

The hotel is comfortably luxurious, designed tastefully to take advantage of the views and location. The rooms are large and spacious, immaculately maintained. The garden is beautiful with areas to relax and enjoy the views. The staff were helpful and friendly, responsive to every request.

Everything was just perfect, the place and atmosphere was wonderful, very quiet and relaxing. I would especially like to highlight the excellent service staff. Nadav, thank you very much!

Nice environment, design and amazing location. Its nice that is a small hote. Our room was incredible, big and beautiful with really cute balcony.

The services could be better for these prices. Dinner costs 250sk per person and it's not worth it, we could get much better food in some close restaurant. And unfortunately the massage was also not good. And the most disappoint was the pool’s toilet - I can't even explain how this place is not taken care of at all!

The suite was a wonder, big, spacious, a very comfortable bed, large bathroom with Jacuzzi. Very good breakfast with large variety dishes, salads and custom-made omelets. Dinner is exceptionally good, personnel are gracious and professional. Very nice and large outdoor swimming pool. The view is amazing.

Somehow, ALL the electric outlets were very very low on voltage. All of them. That meant it took a very very long time (actually, all night) to charge phones. Also, a note to management: the faucets are very very short. That means one has to wash hands over the marble countertop and not over the sink. It's uncomfortable for the guest but also expensive high maintenance for the management.....

The hotel is elegant and the location is beautiful surrounded by forest .We had a wonderful experience . We enjoyed our vacation . The food was ok many choices even during pessach . It was clear that the hotel cares about their client!

Was only disappointed by the fact that when I wanted to get room service and I had asked the desk they had told me to ask in the kitchen . When I asked if I could have breakfast delivered to our Beautiful upgraded room they said no it couldn't be done. Maybe because it was during pessach I'm not sure why. But the rest of the visit was great in every other way!

One of our favorite hotels! It's like a homestead in a coniferous forest on top of a hill. We love coming here in winter when the fireplace is lit in the lobby and you sit in a comfortable chair and look at the fire with a cup of tea or coffee. Large comfortable rooms, an amazing breakfast with a wide variety of options, a quality fitness room and an excellent spa. Cleanliness, comfort and excellent service.
