The room had modern esthetic decor. The bed was queen size and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals were excellent. The room had a nice patio. The parking area was convenient, spacious and free.

The room included tea and coffee facilities but no milk. On the other hand, if we would have asked for milk they may have brought us some. It would have been nice if the toiletries had included body lotion and slippers but didn't spoil our stay. There is no gym like some of the top hotels have but, again, that didn't spoil our stay.

Great location and a wonderful staff that will make the stay with warm and friendly hospitality. Rooms are spacious and the view of the fields is enlightening. Nice pool and public area and a great meat restaurant nearby. A great place to stay at the upper Galilee and highly affordable compare to the other hotels in the area.

Beautiful place, big room and shower. The staff was very kind and helpful. The food was great (and kosher), and the synagogue was very sorted and functional. The staff arranged us a baby crib before we arrived, including an extra towel for the baby (7m). There were many beautiful attractions and placed to travel in a short car drive distance.

The pillows were a bit hard, and we like it softer. There're no places to walk to on shabbat (if you keep shabbat and don't drive around). There was no tub for the baby, so we showered her in the sink, good enough though 😉

Very spacious facilities, very nice staff, tasty food. We had an amazing pool, with very good lifeguard. It's truly good place for families

Updated comfortable rooms, CLEAN, close proximity to main places of interest/highways, VERY friendly staff.... (Close by is a great restaurant for dinner)

Renovated the whole hotel and it’s done beautifully. Nice pool and very spacious design of the Rooms with a great view to surrounding nature.

The hotel is right in the middle of the Hula Valley, so it's a great location if you want to explore this area. Our room was very large and clean, and the bathroom looked amazing and pretty fancy with a large shower. The bed was also very comfortable!

We wanted to check out pretty early, around 6:30, but there was no one at the reception for this.

I left very early and could not have breakfast. It was near the Hula Nature Preserve, which was the reason for my staying there. I had to be at the reserve at 5 am.

I thought the pillow was a hard foam that was very difficult for me to sleep on that I had to take a blanket out of the closet and make it into a pillow. That was the only problem with my stay. They definitely should get softer pillows.

It was reasonably priced, there was no problem to add dinner last minute. The couch was all arranged into a bed for my son before we got there. The rooms are big.

The price to add meals was quite a lot, you do not receive any info pages in the hotel so you have to guess what times the meals are, besides that there is no phone in the room to ask reception anything.

Basic Clean

Improve information provided on places to eat around area. No concierge to assist. No one asked for "GREEN PASS". and people not waring masks. Not cheap.
