A charming, rambling hotel designed from an old post office and coaching inn with many excellent courtyards to sit and relax while looking at the view. Amazing selection of tasty food for breakfast and dinner. Free parking on site. Close to the centre of Zefat.

Friday night dinner - dinning room too small to accommodate the number of guests who wanted to eat at the same time. It took a while for them to open up a second room.

I was very disappointed with my room - Room 1. It was windowless and tucked away in a dark corner right next to a noisy air-conditioner serving the kitchen. There was no natural daylight on the patio and at certain times of the day there was an extreme rumbling noise penetrating through the ceiling as if heavy items were being moved around on rollers.

The property was absolutely magnificent. Really felt like you went back in time, but still with all the comforts of today!  Beautiful views. Outstanding breakfast and dinner buffets. Nice pool area with many different lounges available. friendly staff. great location

Beautiful location and the place has à lot of character. The service was excellent, especially ially Zinab at the pool

The management is awful. They tried to make us pay more than we had to, pretended not to be flexible on the dates,. Nothing to eat or drink in the fridge. No coffee machine for the price of the room, it would be expected. No bar where to chill because of works but paid full price.

The hotel building and the historical story behind it are amazing. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was great.

Romm maintenance should be improved. Pool water are too cold.

Beautiful place in a town in a fairy tale. I really love every moment of the story, helpful smart staff, cute, comfortable room. THE BREAKFAST was wonderful, many alternative choices with healthy food. And good coffee.

If I need to mention something, cleanness still has place to improve.

I had called to see if we could stay in the room a couple hours more since a car was picking us up at 2. I was told yes, Then I received a call as I was packing that I had w had to be out of the room right away. Either staff did not understand my request or they changed their mind. This was not a great ending to the couple of days we were there.

Great staff and service manager Yoram, helpful and happy to help, guide and solve problems. The staf at the reception and breakfast room are very kind and helpful. The room we stayed in was beautiful and cosy. The hotel looks really beautiful and is located in an ancient building which looks magical. Very close to Safed center by foot. Breakfast nice and tasty.

Could clean the rooms better not only where the eye can see but also in corners and under the bed. But apart from that room is cleaned daily. Could be nice to have a bigger window in our room to let some fresh air in.

Location is amazing, very cute hotel, the pool is nice, probably the best hotel in Tzfat

Breakfast is tiny and on our second day by 8.20 there was pretty much no more food.

Beautiful property in a great location with full Israeli breakfast including fresh do-it-yourself fruit juice and honey off the comb. Bar has a nice cheese board and excellent service.

Breakfast was understaffed.
