Huge array of healthy, tasty food choices at breakfast and dinner buffets -- vegetarian and pescatarian. No meat! Great swimming pool, with jacuzzi hot tub. Small gym. Lovely massage treatments. Picturesque farm area where you can have a nice walk.

We missed some basic food choices --- no strawberries (despite being in season), bananas or ice-cream. Not the best selection of stations on the TV... adding Netflix and YouTube would be nice.

We had a great time staying at the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was great and so the spa experience. Our room was beautifully decorated and we got couple of treats during our stay.

The elevator had tons of issues while we stayed (and one time it seemed like we were about to get stuck between floors) the staff had tried to fix it, but each day brought a different problem. Also, at some.point during our stay, we got the feeling that the staff on that shift didn't want the guests to hang out on one of the deck terraces (the staff member closed all the sun shads and it stays close during the next day). Too bad, because it was a relaxing quiet place with a view to the Kinneret and the fields.

Wonderful place and has a great staff. The atmosphere is super. We stayed for one night so we didn't utilize the gym and/or other facilities. We wanted to take a deep into the jacuzzi tho, but it was full of guests in it, so we gave up.

Price. We paid 2,000 Israeli Shekels per night. It's a very expensive hotel, and thus the cost-effective ratio is very low. Also, there's a credibility issue, in our personal opinion. The final Booking price is far from being final, as you have to pay the VAT when checking in. So this is the only disadvantage. It's a very pricey place. For 2,000 shekels per night (including VAT) you can find a much better option.

If you are looking for a hotel with a big fitness room this isn't it. For me it wasn't that big a deal.

The external meat restaurant is way under the hotel's level, regarding the staff and the sync with hotel is not good.

The breakfast was excellent as was the dinner at the Wood Grill. Our waiter at the Wood Grill was exceptional. I really appreciated that you provided oat milk for my morning coffee!

I didn’t appreciate that your staff didn’t wear a mask especially now that there is a 6th wave of Corona! There was a maitre-de that was continuously coughing as she welcomed people into dinner!

A lovely, relaxing hotel surrounded by nature. Lots of little quiet corners to sit in, both inside and outside. There was plenty food, although it is vegetarian. Absolutely loved the meditation classes with Sari, she was great!

The swimming pool is indoors, which is great for winter, but not so relaxing for long periods of time as the room echos quite a bit. The spa is great, but they don't really offer snacks (for that price I would have liked a biscuit).

the hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious and decorated beautifully. the pool and hot tub are first class.

compared to prior years visits where the food was outstanding, I thought the food was just average. The reception staff are wonderful but the dining staff are not friendly. No one smiles! They look like they hate being there.

Food in breakfast and dinner is fresh and tasty, service of the staff is no less then exceptional, Nature of the surroundings is simply one of it's kind.

Gym is small, Spa is costly, no proper signs for some sites like the Organic farm(we searched almost 30 min for it)

The hotel was very nice and clean, very organized, staff was very helpful and kind, the grounds were pleasant to walk through, even though We didn't take the free guided tours of the organic farm and herb gardens we still enjoyed them ourselves. The views are spectacular and the hotel is built well to enjoy them. The food was amazing, even though the restaurant is vegetarian we didn't lack for anything. A great selection of salads and dishes that were each better than the other. Especially impressed with some of the staff at the restaurant, making sure we got everything we needed and taking care of all our questions, Sami was great and he made sure personally ensure that we had eaten everything we wanted and more. The room was luxurious and comfortable.

The water pressure in the room was not as good as we liked, and the bed was two single beds put together with a cover instead of a king/queen but it was still comfortable. The selection of tv channels was not that great and no ppv or on demand selection. Luckily we could stream to the TV from our phone.
