The staff were incredibly nice and very helpful. We had a problem with the AC and a technician arrived within the hour to fix it. Our room was big and clean, and the breakfast was great.

The mattress was a bit old and too soft for us. Some floor boards were quite squicky. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay at the village and will definitely be coming back.

I was not sure when the room cleaning service +towel+bed linen change would be. After 4 days, I asked at reception and then it was done.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfasts were superb! The chalet was quiet and private. The whole area was clean and tidy. Very easy to park. There were 2 bottles of welcome fizzy non-alcoholic drink on the table when I arrived, so that was very nice, thank you.

The wifi was terrible....there was no wifi at all in the chalet. It was only possible in the breakfast area to get wifi so this was a big negative for me. There was no hairdryer in the chalet.

Perfect location. Dogs-friendly (even very friendly). Nice lawn with a table and chears near the room. Very helpful staff.

The room equipped very simple, next level down is a tent. Bathroom is very cold withoun heating option. There is no even socket for fan or shaver. Also there no toilet brush. A many as 2 two TVs in "traveller" hotel (what for?). Fridge with broken shelves. The door is only locking (not simply closing) from outside, so you should keep the key always on yourself. WiFi is exist but not working. The gate of the hotel opens after calling phone number, but only after 8am, so if you left the hotel before 8, you ale locked out the hotel untill 8 (nobody told us about it). the breakfast is less than simple and not tasty. Finally, all this cost more than $250 (!!!) per night.

The location is great with lots of fun activities nearby. The setting is also nice for families and groups of friends traveling together. Great shower in the cabins. Breakfast is great too

Pool isnt heated, a bit cold for young kids. The room was quite clean but not very kid friendly for toddlers and babies. Playground paved with pebbles, not very convenient.

The initial checkin went very well. The receptionist at night was great. We had accidentally paid tax (as tourists we aren't supposed to) and she spoke with the manager for it to be cleared up. Next morning receptionist was very rude and told us there was unlikely anything they could do (we had only asked for the Manager's name as we already had verbal confirmation they would fix the problem). Now we are having trouble getting ahold of the manager, so it's a mixed bag.

Photos made it seem there would be a bedroom, but the whole chalet was open concept. Not even a curtain separating the two "rooms", even though there was obviously a place you could hang one.

Location was simply magical, so quiet beautiful with amazing scenery. The wooden chalets were super cute and cozy.

Booking informed me that check in was at 15:00 on Saturday, however, after making the reservation I got an email saying it’s only at 18:00, so it was annoying going there only for one day since we had to check out at 11 am the day after. Also the pillows were simply horrid, not filled with feathers, instead they were artificially inflated. Breakfast was limited

The place was great. Very good breakfast and a lot of options for things to do around with kids.

We came with a dog and we got a room on the second floor that was difficult with a child and an old dog. We asked to change room and it was much better. If you have little kids or old dogs you better chose in advance the cabins because the staircase are not the easiest.

Breakfast great, rooms good, quiet. Ideal for family and friends.

Swimming pool opening at 10am to 6pm only, when the sun goes down around 8pm and it's so hot it's really too bad... Missing curtains in the rooms.
