The Room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable, not soft with a variety of pillows of different type, thin or thick. The breakfast was really full of options, they even had chia seeds and lots of variety of toppings for muesli and lactose free yogurt. There wasn't' anything sugar free (like jam) or gluten free...or at least I did not notice.. but it was really plenty. The Location is great easy to reach the beach and close to a bus stop to get up to Pietrasanta which is a lovely little borgo to visit.. People are generally kind and helpful

I did not appreciate the complete lack of taxi or uber service. We found ourselves after dinner having to beg for a ride down to Marina di Pietrasanta to a private hotel taxi, as there was nothing available. Crazy. I also find ridiculous the price one has to pay to reach the beach. The establishment are for sure well maintained, and clean..but 60€ a day to get to the beach makes me cringe. Italy is full of beautiful beaches and this has nothing particularly beautiful to justify these prices. Go to Sicily, Sardegna, Calabria, Puglia, Marche anywhere else, but do not pay 60€ to seat your ass on a wooden chair and your feet in the water.

The hotel position is great, we are a family of 5 with 3 kids. The room was big enough for us, clean and the staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast is nice and there are plenty of options to choose from. Nearby there are restaurants where you may go for dinner or a short walk. The beach is close so kids will love it.

The shower! The poor rate i am giving is mainly because of the shower. The water mixer is not working( you get either cold.eater or very hot water) takes a long time to shower. Be mindful when you go to the beach, the hotel has a partnership with Bagno Felice but you need to ask for the price rate in advance as you will get one price at the hotel and a different one at the beach. We got charged for losing one key room even if in our days that should not be an issue to have a card replaced. The hotel is very family friendly but some of the guests are not, we had a lady screaming in the lobby at one of our kids because he was crying, sometimes this is wat kids are doing -they cry.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good, a walking distance to the beach. The hotel beach wasn't the closest one(approx. 10 minutes walk), The daily cost of hiring the parasol with 3 sunbeds was expensive (extra 60 Euro per day), however the beach was very good, with the access to the pool, gym, table tennis and restaurant, which is serving a very good seafood. The access to paddle boat was free of charge. Our hotel room on the 3rd floor had an amazing view. The hotel is a pets friendly and there were a dinning area outside, next to the swimming pool, where the dogs are allowed to be during the breakfast. The breakfast was very good, a good variety of local product, including fresh fruits and vegetables. The smell in the hotel is really nice:) We will definitely consider another stay at the Hotel Pigna in the future!Thank you!

The parking space at the back of the hotel is very small, however there are a free parking spaces around the hotel. The only disappointment was the local shop opposite the hotel , which is very expensive! I've been charged for a box of grapes(1/5 kg), 20 g of anchois, and 25g of stuffed peppers a £858.31!, after the error was corrected, I've still been charged a £31.58!, where the grapes only costs £7.90 per kilo(in the other shops around £1.99! I would avoid this local shop just in case;)

The location was fine, only a short distance from sea. Parking in private carpark was good but also plenty of free parking outside hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

There was no tea making facilities in room as advertised, only a kettle but nowhere to plug it apart from on bedside table. Had to ask for cup etc, no tea or coffee supplied. Luckily I always take my own tea. Nowhere to charge phone but was sorted by maintenance man who brought plugs to connect to my USB plug. It was sorted quickly. The room could do with a bit of decorating but it was very clean. Overall, my stay was good due to the lovely staff. A big thank you to Erika in the restaurant who ran the place on her own brilliantly.

Man on reception was really nice and helpfull. It is better to reserve parking lot at the hotel beacuse streets are really narrow. Staff in the restaurance was very nice too. Beds are comfortable and rooms clean.

The private hotel beach is expencive. We enjoyed the same comfort for less and much closer to the hotel on the beach right across the street.

Parking in the lot or nearby. For free or low cost. Location! Walk to everything and the Bagno Felice was wonderful. Staff was so helpful and kind. Everyone was full of smiles and went above and beyond.

The air conditioner was a little loud but they know and will have repaired. Hard to complain since there is AC and it worked great. Got a family room with a lovely king bed and two twins but the twins were bunk beds and a little noisy. Huge room with a balcony and large bathroom. It was perfect for us. The minor details were not bad at all.

Not big, cozy, accurate, calm hotel, with own pool and restaurant. Parking available on site for extra charge, but there are plenty of space around for free. Far enough from crowds but close enough if you want to reach them. Reach breakfast, with good real coffee available:) Very helpful and pleasant stuff!!!

The comfort level of the room was above expectations, the staff were always smiling and super helpful. Breakfast was also great. Really good value for money.
