very good hotel, our room was spacious and cleaned every day, also towels were changed every day. There are no questions about the food, the choice is wide, there was enough of everything, I would especially like to note the desserts. The staff is great. The hotel grounds are clean and well-groomed. The descent into the sea is a pier, but there is also a sandy beach 6 minutes walk away, which can be reached along a cozy embankment. I will note the pleasant moments that we did not expect, but the hotel made us happy. We arrived early, at 9 am, and check-in is from 3 pm, not only were we checked in at 11:30, we were allowed to go to breakfast and lunch. They also organized a free transfer back to the airport for us. (Such moments simply add a +). I am glad that I chose this hotel. It fully justifies its 4 stars.

A nice hotel located on the rocks with a view over Stalida. (Mostly) friendly and helpful staff, a great aqua park for children and a lot of food.

The experience could have been perfect, if there were not some strange rules in the restaurant. If you are a group of three, you have difficulties to find a nice table, especially directly at the balcony railings, which is really a pity. If you try, the staff responsible for this area reacts very harsh and unfriendly so that your mood for a nice breakfast or dinner is completely messed up. This is so unnecessary and I hope they will change their attitude or find a better solution fitting staff's needs and guest's wishes.

The rooms were being cleaned every day , the food was good and diverse and the staff was nice and friendly.

sometimes was very busy at the breakfast and it was hard to find a table . We were a group of seven , two families and we were told can’t join two tables to have dinner together.

The staff is really hospitable, polite and doing more than they can to assist in everything! Front desk employees and all working at the restaurant were very kind and lovely. We got our room early in the morning due to our baby and the room for very good-located for the family like us.

The sandy beach is a bit far, 10-12 minutes by walking, it is not easy in 30+ degrees. The air-conditioning in the restaurant is almost not working, it is very difficult to eat while sweating.

Absolutely top - Mr. Vasiliji from Reservation/Reception and his team:) Still, very nice staff members overall from restaurant/bar people to technician and pool water slighting attendant - everybody was friendly at all times, despite they must have had a busy season behind them, we stayed there the last week before closing. Everybody very friendly to small kids, makes life easier:) All inclusive - there are always people who like to see a higher quality in product variety offered, I only can state, price/value for „All Inclusive“ was fantastic at all times and more you can eat!

The hotel needs some refurbishment, it’s about time in many areas. Maybe they could serve all day coffee/tea in the lobby bar, so you don‘t have to go to the pool bar downstairs. Still, seeing price/value of services and inclusions offered - nothing to criticise!!!

Perfect location, perfect coordination from the stay from coming to the airport until coming back home, nice friendly personal staff everywhere and perfect room and pools location. We did one of the best family vacations in this hotel The all inclusive service was also with amazing food, and amazing animation from Greece culture.

The hotel is one of the best hotel which we have ever stayed in Crete. All the staff are very kind and extremely efficient, and on top of that, the Manager is such a wonderful person. The Hotel is perfect for family with kids, with very nice water slides which they can play all day. There is a private pontoon leading to rocky beach where you can do snorkeling and observe fishes and even feed them. The restaurants and canteen serve food and water around the day which kids can find a lot of things they like. We have had a wonderful holidays there and surely will come back next year.

Nothing we don’t like. Just a bit more of entertainment for kids at night (self organized dancing party) could be a nice idea

We arrived at the hotel and the attitude from the first moment was always with a smile whether it's at the reception popi, nicoleta, vasili they responded to every request and did everything to make us satisfied and also when we went on a trip they gave us a drink and crackers to go. The rooms are nice, we got one with a sea view. The food is delicious, teeo's service is very patient and always with a smile. We had a round trip shuttle to the airport which is an advantage. We got free wifi. Their water park is nice with 3 types of slides for big and small, also a pool with small slides. Very nice and pleasant

There is no beach by the sea to sit

Stayed at a superior family room for 4 days and it was a great experience. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day and towels were changed daily. The food was very good with a wide variety, suitable for all tastes. There was a snack bar open almost all day with food, ice cream, biscuits and cakes. Coffee and beverages were also available till late at night. The all inclusive package does include alcohol and some cocktails which were great. The pools were big and very clean and the water park was enjoyable for all ages.

Great location and we liked the style of the accommodation. The hotel also put out (Twentysomething!) children right next to us which was really helpful. Great food and nice staff. Used the spa

Gym was not really up to the job but a minor point.
