The chateau is beautifully renovated with high quality materials and decoration. The gardens are well maintained. Nice location in a small village, with several small bakeries where you can find breakfast options if you are not having breakfast in the hotel. Included spa, small but very lovely with private bookings available. Dinner tasty with well sized portions.

This is a wonderfully renovated boutique hotel, the rooms are just tip top nothing to say to make them better. Everything about this hotel is just finished too perfection. I certainly will be happy to come and stay here again.

The disappointment of the stay was the unwillingness the find us a table or space for dinner, what made us go on a search in town to find food .. trust me I don't know what it is in France / Ardenne but a real challenge! I thought the hotel staff should think about this, they know we are 1 night passing by tourists. So this gave us a very bitter taste.

Small, stylish ‘chateau’ beautifully renovated. Everything is spotless. Great location because it feels outlandish but it is in fact in a small town. Young guys running the place efficiently. Dinner was well curated and good value for money.

Breakfast a bit ordinary, nothing to write home about. Good AC with a purring sound even when turned off, but OK.

Very fancy place to stay for the night. Nice, lovely cool and quiet room, comfy beds. Very quiet airconditioning. Nice (though expensive) breakfast. Restaurants and small bar close by. Good location for a run or cycling along the river. Very glad that we could charge our electric car.

No negatives, just a bit ... business like, not very warm and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at this Chateau. The service was great and really friendly. The room was spacious and felt luxurious. Everything was clean and the bathroom had nice shampoo and care products from Diptyque. In the evening we had a great dinner at the restaurant and in the afternoon a wonderful time in the spa with hammam, sauna and a small swimming pool. We definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel on a great location at the river Meuse(Maas) The hotel is very nicely created in Chateau de Wallerand with high quality materials and interior design. We used the diner in the hotel, quality and taste of the meal was perfect, good chef! Staff was helpful and friendly. Next morning we used the Spa facilities, over here we found the same quality of design and cleanliness as in the rest of the hotel. Overall a great place to stay and to return in the future!

The hotel was lovely. Very clean and staff were great. Good, peaceful location.

Our room was cold despite all the radiators being on full. Be warned the spa is very small with space for only 2 couples. If you want to use it you need to book a time slot in advance. This was not clear on Booking.com so we had not booked and the spa was full. They did let us use it but it was not ideal.

We are avid travellers and my wife and I were absolutely blown away by this place. The outstanding customer service, the fabulous gastronomic dinner, the spa area, the room we had (suite), the view, the cleanliness, the quality of the material, furniture, decoration, throughout the hotel! We are very picky and our 2-nights experience was above and beyond.

Absolutely nothing. The only thing to consider is that on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday it might be harder to find a place to go for dinner in that area (and since the restaurant at the hotel is closed on these days).

beautifully appointed, elegant yet modern. good price for a luxurious stay with charming staff. The private spa session is a bonus and the intimate restaurant with fine dining made it an exceptional stay, The property offered secure parking for motorbikes.

It would have been good to have more than 2 tea/coffee capsules in the room.
