Holiday Inn is incredibly located in the airport of Felipe Angeles where we arrived by a direct bus from San Miguel de Allende en route to Cancun via Aeromexico. I’d mistakenly booked the flight from San Felipe instead of Benito Juarez. Best mistake ever.!. The front desk was incredibly helpful, Checkin is 3 pm but they allowed us access to the room incredibly early. The rooftop restaurant barhad a beautiful view of surrounding mountains and campo. I truly hope those expansive vistas do not change, as one could imagine the terrain as very like what the Mayans saw. Teotechuacan is abou 7 km away,

The hotel was a predictable Hilton great beds, clean, great staff! The best part was being within a 5- 7 minute walk to the airport (although they do have a shuttle) if you don't have lots of luggage the walk is great!

The dining experience was below average. We ate breakfast at the buffet which was fine. But we ate dinner in the dining room which was not good and a funky atmosphere with garish bright lights and not the slightest bit interesting. Really it is more of a conference room atmosphere. They do have an expensive outdoor bar which is probably usually nice but it was super windy.

Comfortable, quiet, with amenities. (Lotion was appreciated after being in the desert. )

Breakfast was OK, but not as good as the hotel in the DF that was half the price. It's a bit pricey because it's right at the airport and there aren't any other hotels nearby. It's a bit confusing to know how to get to it from the airport, although it's just a short walk. You have to go up to the third floor, cross out to the Plaza Mexico, go down a floor, and along the covered walkway. Then you get to a room with a bare desk and a person who takes you to reception (which is another floor down.)

The hotel is new, everything is nice & perfect (bed, windows, decoration all over the hotel & airport too, very helpful & friendly staff). We enjoyed our stay and it was so calm in the hotel that we left very relaxed ^_^ And the best: ~500m away from the security-check - by foot - catching easely the flight 😃 Safe airport (Guardia Nacional is protecting it) and normal prices in restaurants and stores!!

In the room: only 1 little bottle of water but we were 2 guests. No little cookie or something else to eat with the morning coffee (there was a coffee mashine, coffee & sugar). For the price I was expecting a little bit more.. perhaps in the bath: Some things to clean the face like cotton, a soeap or cream - as there are in other hotels - or earcleaning sticks.

everything that is so closed to the airport and that is very comfortable! and the gym and the golf cart to take you to the airport and the service 🙏🙌

the night I was there trying to sleep to wake up next day by 4am, I guess the hotel received a new guest by 11pm, they were very loud I complaint about and the guest got even worse louder knocking even my walls to make sure I got more noise … it was a nightmare… but is not the hotel unfortunately it is the people no education and not good maners 😏

Conveniant location to Felipe Angeles airport. Hotel is new and confortable

We had dinner buffet and it was too expensive for the quality and variety we got. Sinalisation to get there from airport terminal could be improved Breakfast started quite late so we couldn't have it before our flight, although we payed for it. And there was no possibility to have something packed to go either. Overpriced as it is the only hotel at the airport

It’s a new hotel and immaculately kept. I have high standards and they absolutely met those standards at a fair price.

A minor thing: the napkins at the restaurant are made of a fancy material which isn’t convenient for using as a napkin. Other than that, everything was perfect and I got a great night’s sleep and delicious food.

The hotel's location next to the airport is very convenient, especially for early flights. The staff were kind and acknowledged that we were on our honeymoon, which was a nice touch. However, the breakfast was disappointing.

The breakfast was overpriced and very disappointing with very bad coffee.

Breakfast was OK it was buffet and way better than dinner.

The dining area up near the bar was more like a conference room and way to bright. It could have been a lot more conducive for "finer" dining. Food was not great. Dinner buffet looked unappetizing as well. We actually got something to go from the airport. I think that says it all....

Convenient location, we were able to ride the golf cart from the airport to the hotel which is nice after a long travel day. Staff is great, and hotel is over all beautiful. The room and the views all spectacular.

Better signs to get to hotel from airport would be helpful.
