Beautiful location with laid back feel. Loved the neighborhood you could walk to many sites and beaches! Happy Talk and Wiki Pizza both were great and those views!!

This was a lovely stay. "Garden" room had great view over the mountains. Room was huge, bed was very comfy. Not a lot going on in the immediate area though. Very limited food options on site. Need to drive into 'town' for most things, only 10mins away. It's next door to Hotel1 with a great bar, can walk there.

This is a really nice property in a great location - if you like peace and quiet. They have nice facilities, from the pools to the tennis courts to the restaurants. The staff was all very pleasant and helpful. The rooms (1 bedroom) were spacious, comfortable and well enough appointed. They will even provide a cart ride down to the beach, if you want. The beach is small, but nice.

Most of the units don't have ocean views, and those that do, I was told, are generally reserved for the timeshare owners. Well, we enjoyed our jungle and mountain view just fine. The charges for parking, resort fee and checking-in (really?) are simply irritating. Their hand was in our pocket enough as it was...

A timeshare that doesn’t feel too much like one (a good thing), but has hefty and inexplicable “resort and check-in” fees, and will charge you 20 USD + taxes per day for your car. Nice grounds and gardens, a beautiful view onto the Bay, and spacious rooms, although they could benefit from an upgrade out of their Reagan style (and age). Very comfortable bedding. It shares a private beach with the 5-star Hotel "1 Hanalei", where we recommend you go and have a nice sunset cocktail!

our room was right next to the valet - very noisy and the lanai has no privacy bc people walking up to the lobby could see us sitting on the lanai. also, the front door to the room is not a full door, it has a opening covered with a screen and blinds, which also contributed to the noise coming from outside into the unit and feeling of lack of privacy. Also, there is very limited parking at night next to our unit - bc the valet uses the same lot for non-hotel guests just coming to the hotel for dinner.

It was a very nice experience all around, the staff, the views, the cleanliness etc. it ended up being a trip for just my daughter and I, as my wife had a last min need to cancel to stay back and take care of her parents back home. Your staff recognized quickly that my daughter was on a knee scooter with a bad foot and one of your staff members personally came to our room to let us know about the services to get her around on a golf cart with just a phone call ( unfortunately we did not get his name but out of all honesty they were all very kind and friendly. Our family are frequent flyers to Hawaii (2-3 times a year) with Kauai by far being our favorite island. We will for sure stay at your resort again & we'll highly recommend your resort to our friends.

We really enjoyed staying here! The location is great. Beautiful views of the mountains. Quiet and spacious grounds and a short walk to the beautiful bay you can swim in (yes the path is steep, but it's paved and not hard if in decent shape - there are golf carts to take guests too). Our room was very clean and very large. In fact, it's really two rooms made into one, so we had two bathrooms/ showers. As well as outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the fresh air and views. Kitchen is well stocked too. Being located right next to 1 Hotel Hanalei, you can have a fancy dinner and explore there too. We thought it was great value for such a nice stay and great location!
